I have been with this practice since I relocated to Raleigh in 2008. I had the same doctor for almost 5 years. Elizabeth was more than a PA for me, she cared about us and our well being. Now I have Christine, who is the same way. The old office manage Cora was very difficult to deal with and everyone always went to the receptionist Brandy or Cat because they had so much patience and respect for others, and I was so proud to see that Cat took over the office. The office is very cozy, and make you feel safe and at home while going through the short waits for service. Prior to Dr. Conley leaving you would wait near a hours and the practice was not having that so she is no longer there, God bless her soul. I would definitely recommend my friends/foes/family to this practice where everyone shows each other love. I love this group of people and with all of my health issue I say they have played a major role in extending my life and getting me the proper treatment for my many conditions. Big ups to Universal Family Medicine.

I have been going to this practice since 2008 and I have always been pleased with the service I receive. I see Elizabith Kasbohm and she always takes time to answer all my questions and has a good bed side manner. There have been very few times I have had to wait long in the waiting room but when I do I understand other patients may have questions and they need time just like I expect when being seen, so it is a give and take. My only small complaint is, the nursing/front desk staff come and go, it would be nice to see the same faces for awhile. Overall I give this place a 9 out of 10!

The office manager named Cora Javier is extremely rude. On top of canceling my childrens kindergarten physicals without telling me she tells me she cannot accommodate me for another week and a half and that if I am unhappy I can go elsewhere. My children had a sports physical and I made an appt for a kindergarten physical which are two different things and no one consulted me when they decided to cancel my appointment. The worst cutover service ever. Because of this experience I will definitely be taking my children elsewhere in the future.

We love my doctors office... Kelly our PA is the greatest. The hirls in the front are always pleasant n the sweetest...I enjoy coming in whenever we have an appointment. Ive recommended a few ppl to them because Ive not been disappointed by their courtesy and professionalism and always willing to help... The only reason Im giving this place 2 stars is because my doctor was pleasant. However, the front staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. If I didnt call back to check on prescriptions and referrals they wouldnt get done. Dont waste your time on these guys if youre looking for good medical care...they dont seem like they care about helping their patients get better.

Worst place, its been 1yr and Im still waiting for them to call me back about a referral that my Dr had put in for me and it never happened all the staff in the front are so rude n so snotty, they put you on hold for 20 min and more n sometimes they never answer when they put you on hold worst freakin place I have ever been to for my kids n myself.....

I agree with another reviewer, they can be very rude. The office manager and Dr. Conley mainly. Ive also had appts canceled without notice. I think that because their main patients are the elderly they have zero compassion and dent really care. Im currently visiting another better doc and only using universal for emergency visits.

All the doctors at Universal are wonderful. If you and your family or just yourself needs a good Doctor this is the place to go. Christine is WONDERFUL and all the front desk staff is wonderful. Kat and Brandy are always so polite.

I loved Christine as my doctor. However, the snootiness of her staff is not that great. I will not recommend this doctor to anyone if you are actually looking for health care. Your health is NOT in their best interest.

Very rude staff. Not considerate of patients and the drs are uncooperative. Mess up your meds and deny pcas for a blind woman.
