Been going here since they opened. Use to see Ken Lake, whom I had been seeing for 20 years, since the Kaiser days. This practice has gone down hill. The care in "healthcare" is fading away. Their cancellation policy has become more draconian. Its ok to charge someone $100 for cancelling, but they can take people to the back 15 minutes after their appointment time, make you wait another 30 minutes before a doctor comes in, see the doctor for less than 5 mins. Wait another 15 minutes for someone to come back and give to you or confirm your prescriptions. Apparently their time is worth something, but mine is not. On top of that, one of my previous visits, I was told I was gonna be put on a certain prescription, and they failed to send it in. Oh, and Ive been waiting for days for them to respond to the pharmacy request to refill a prescription I need before leave town for a month (clock is ticking). And I have a bill I need to pay, but cant ever get nothing but voice mail when trying to call and pay my bill over the phone. Maybe coz the bill isnt paid they are witholding my prescription refill? BTW, Ive never had a problem with Dr. Hamad for treatment, and a couple of the other staff. The only reason Ive been going there is the long history Ive had with them. Its hard to let go and move on, I suppose.

Simply put, AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS. I stuck with them for a few years (all while they continually messed up every single small thing that they possibly could). But I finally reached my breaking point when they misdiagnosed me (also letting me leave with absolutely no information on the disease I apparently had), failed to ever tell me it was incorrect, had to have me come back in for re-tests (when I figured it out), couldnt figure out which tests to run, couldnt even draw my blood, sent me to a lab that was closed, then sent me to a lab with paperwork so incorrectly filled out that I had to wait for an hour for the lab to communicate with them to fix it, again did not get me my results for over a month, and then lost my medical records. Today alone I am 6 phone calls deep simply trying to get my records transferred to a new office (just so you have an idea of how difficult simple tasks are for them). Although I have seen numerous providers, Queen and Chitsaz are the two that I primarily saw. Both of them are terribly rushed and careless, extremely poor communicators, and overall incompetent. Take my word and do not trust these people with your health.

I used to be a patient here and my husband still is. While he loves Dr Hamad I do not love the staff that work there. I left because staff there were rude to me, would not schedule appointments in a timely manner and treated me like I was just a source of income. Each time I need to call for my husband I have difficulty getting through to medical personnel. When they call me back they are often rude and condescending often siting "patient confidentiality" despite the fact that my husband has authorized me to contact them. The PA I spoke with today was rude and refused to look at my husbands record to see if he needed a physical. Additionally, she insisted that she was correct about a issue with our insurance. Again, this is a continuing problem with this practice. I hope this makes the Doctor aware of the issue as I am sure many people simply leave rather than have to deal with the uncaring and hostile staff. Health care is often a group effort in families and this constant insistence on shirking responsibility and hiding behind unfounded privacy concerns makes this a practice I would not use.

Ive been a patient at Cary Healthcare for over 10 years. Dr. Hamad, MD and Courtney Queen, FNP take care of me and my family. Very professional and attentive staff to all our needs. A year ago I was seeing a chiropractor for some lower back pain. After months of therapy it wasnt getting any better. I decided to make an appointment and see Courtney Queen. After a few minutes of describing my symptoms a MRI was ordered on a late Friday afternoon. Saturday I received the results that I needed to see a back surgeon. Monday I find out I needed surgery! After waking up from that, my numbness and pain was gone! I cant thank Courtney enough. I would be still wasting money in therapy that was only masking the pain. A year later Im back in the gym and feeling great! Thank you Cary Health Care Associates.

Contrary to others experiences, I have been a patient of Cary Healthcare for 3 years. Cary Healthcare has some of the best providers in the Triangle.(which I have seen many over the years.). I have seen all providers at this practice (all which who are wonderful!), however, Courtney Queen has been my main practitioner. She is the utmost caring, personable and professional provider. She has been able to diagnose things that MD doctors have missed. All of the time each of these providers spend with you, you will not find elsewhere. They TRULY make you feel cared for, a part of their "family". Lastly, the staff from the front desk to the nurses to all others "behind the scenes" have been a pleasure getting to know and dealing with for various things. I highly suggest this practice.

Cary Healthcare associates is your one stop shop from primary care to skincare & homeopathic medicine. Everyone is always very kind, professional & knowledgeable. Ive seen Candace the Nurse practitioner & Dr. Jennifer Schmidt they are both excellent and very caring practitioners. I have also seen Tina the RN for facials ahhhmazing!!!! She also does Eyelashes, eyebrows & Laser skin tightening for face & neck & anywhere else...Tina also does laser hair removal & no it didnt hurt at all!! & prices are awesome!! Tina goes above & beyond for her clients. I cannot say enough good things about Cary Healthcare Oh & the front desk ladies are so nice especially Lauren shes on it! & not to mention I never wait long to be seen!!

This is the first time I have given a review!! I switched to Cary Heathcare Associates last year because after 8 years with my previous doctor, each visit felt like an initial consultation. She could never recall my medical history and her staff was rude and unprofessional. What a great move this has been for me. Danielle and Candice are wonderful, and they both appear to truly care about you as their patient. The entire office staff is always pleasant and helpful, there has never been waiting in a crowded waiting room and they are open on Saturdays! I am so happy I made the switch. I just love my new doctors office!!!

This is a great team of professionals. When I call to make an appointment, they get me in as soon as possible. When I arrive, I am greeted with courtesy and professionalism. They are very prompt getting me into the exam room and set up to see my provider, Courtney Queen. Courtney is very knowledgable and caring. Her expertise is quite vast and I have yet to have a question or condition that she cannot address quickly and confidently. I highly recommend CHA for your healthcare needs.
