I called a few minutes ago to ask if my prescription were to be available at the office since I get my eye exams there and the lady who answered was really sassy and annoyed. Its so frustrating when youre glasses are stolen and then when you ask about PAYING for new ones because you cant afford health insurance they give you a little attitude. The doctor on the other hand is a sweetie. Hes there for like two minutes but hes never been rude to me.

Poor communication skills among staff. Do not respond to clients calls. Make sure when you order glasses or contacts they are what you ordered. They offered me extras to add to my frames like the transition frame and of course the price went up but when i received them they were just the reg frames not even perscribed. Definitely will not be referring anyone to this office.
