Made an appointment on Thursday stating that I lost my driving glasses and needed an appointment and then to walk out with a replacement pair of glasses, went to my appointment on Friday, they told me that the tech had already left and that they would have my glasses on Monday even though it was a national holiday. TODAY I was told the tech just arrived (at1pm) and that my glasses wouldnt be ready until after 4pm and she was working on them right now. Asked to speak to the manager, Abu, who answered the phone, said he himself is the manager, put me on hold again and then came back on saying the glasses would be ready in 30 minutes... The most ghetto, unorganized, and unprofessional businesses Ive ever had to deal with!

I had good luck here in the past but I paid over $800 for two pairs of eyeglasses recently that are just awful. They steam up constantly and I am perennially wiping them. I did take them back within the allowed time, but the guy convinced me to try them a while longer and I just kept them. But the problem never went away no matter what I do and they are the worst eyeglasses I have ever had. My advice -- be sure to check your eyeglasses if you purchase them here for fogging.

Theyre clueless here. They messed up my glasses order not once, but twice. It took 3 weeks to get my glasses. The information they tell me is never correct. Whenever I come in, they tell me something different. Its been a 2 month process trying to get the right glasses and contacts from them. Im still waiting on the contacts. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!

Terrible terrible service. Its been three weeks and I still havent gotten my order. Every time I call and ask about the status of my order, they say someone will get back to me, but no one is getting back to me to tell me what is going on. And worst of all: Ive already paid them in full.

I went here with insurance and was told 2 pair for $849 and 1pair for $498 , at that time I knew I was being ripped off, good doctor but terrible staff, beware

Dont buy your glasses here. The nose piece on mine broke after a few months....they wont fix it. Their solution is to BUY another pair.

they told me a week that turned to three. Didnt get my glasses, best bet go some were else and save your self some time.
