The doctor is great, very informative. I had to take my daughter for eye glasses and contact exam. I was told if I paid for her eye glasses exam I could go back and get her contact exam for a discounted price. ($70 since I had already got eye glasses exam) When I was able to call back and schedule that the office manager told me I had to pay a new exam fee which was double the price I was promised. It is still within the year time frame, if my daughter would have had a prescription from the start for both and this would be valid for a year, why make issues of it if its still within the year? All I wanted is to see Dr. for my daughters contacts. I had been taking my kids there for years, its pretty upsetting after taking my children there for years they preferred to lose several patients rather than just honor what they said.

Im pretty disappointed with my experience. Dr. Landon himself wasnt so bad, but the office staff is the problem. Even though they are advertised as specialists in pediatric care, the technician really wasnt thorough with my 5 year old. And on the other side where they sell the glasses, the technician Michelle made me feel bad for wanting to get a second opinion and even bad-mouthed the process an ophthalmologist (not an optometrist) takes...saying only a technician would do all the work, which is exactly what happened here with Dr. Liska.

This is by far the best experience I have had with any Drs office. Dr. Liska is so accommodating and his staff is friendly, helpful, and always professional. They truly care about your experience. Dr. Liska is GREAT with kids too (so I highly recommend).

They quickly rushed my family out the door. Overcharged us for exams that we did not ask for. Never called us when the glasses were ready. Staff was sullen and unhelpful. Never again will we go here.
