I went to this office for a bone density scan. The staff and radiologist were very nice and it was a day the doctor was not in, so I didnt have to wait long for the test. I was concerned about that because my friend used to take her elderly mother here and they had to wait for hours. When she said something about it, the doctor told her if she didnt like it she could go somewhere else. So, while I didnt have to wait at the time of the visit, I have not been able to get the report. It has been 6-7 weeks ago, I was told it would be sent automatically to the referring physician. My doctor who referred me has had his staff call twice and they still did not get the report. I called Dr. Faidis office today because I need the report tomorrow. I talked to someone who was very helpful, but I had to call my doctors office and stay on the phone while they followed up to request the report for the third time. I wish doctors would understand that their patients have busy, meaningful lives as well and have many things to do rather than sit and wait around for them or make numerous calls because they are overbooked or understaffed.

When I really needed someone to help me I got blown off . I was told it was all in my head. I had more knowledge on sex hormones than the doctor. Pretty sad. I finally found a real doctor who doesnt just mask problems and have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and secondary hypogonadism which faidi never even took a look at. Luckily I am alot better now thanks to a real doctors. I almost gave up because of this guy. Instead of treating me, he accused me and was very roud. If you have any issues other than diabetes I would not waste your money or time. By far the worst and most uncaring doctor!!

I was going to another doctor in Stockton. My blood sugar was over 500, and had been so for well over two yeas. This doctor kept telling me it would get better and the damage to my kidneys would repair itself. I called Dr. Faidi, and he took me in immediately, put me on insulin and then on an insulin pump. He worked diligently with several other doctors to get my diabetes under control. I owe him my life!

terrible dr doesnt listen or look at what the labs really say and does not return phone calls. Hubby was diagnosed with Addisons disease and this dr saw the labs but didnt want to treat, we had more labs done elsewhere cuz hubby was getting worse and called this dr over 10 times no joke and he didnt return any calls. Unless you have a death wish stay away from this dr.

Dr. Faidi is a good endocrinologist, but I dont appreciate the fact that Im sitting here for an hour plus+ past my appointment time EVERY appointment because were waiting on him to get to the office. He takes his time coming into the office LATE and then when he does see his patients they pay $25 to get a 10 min (if that) consultation
