Ok. She is by far the worst doctor Ive ever met in my entire life. By no means this is a personal opinion. This review is based on very professional experience that I had with her. First of all I would like to appreciate the staff upfront. Heather in particular she is very professional responsible and spontaneous in getting back to patient calls. Dr Reddy herself is a horrible horrible doctor in terms of her listening skills verbal skills professional skills and diagnoses. I highly doubt if she is even a doctor. She never listens. She is in pleasant ! I went to her twice with severe infection and she never physically checked me. ( in my case I was SUPPOSE to have a physical exam) obviously it turned out to be something else then what she diagnosed and prescribed medication for. The antibiotics she prescribed particularly made my condition worst. I called back and I was told well since I was seen already I cant be seen the next day?!?! Really?!!!! Still in pain. Medication still not changed or prescribed because doctor is "busy". Im so sorry for everyone who has to tolerate this unpleasant self pro claimed doctor. Im never going back to her!!!!!! Horrible !!!!!!!

SHE GETS A ZERO BUT I HAD TO GIVE ONE TO GET PUBLISHED ....This doctor should be put out of business....her staff are rude..the guy Dylan is about as snide as they come...heather..well she should be working at a morgue....I switched to them because of location ....HUGE MISTAKE!!!! in the month ive been assigned to this crap hole NOTHING has been done....they NEVER answer phones and if they do they hang up so u call back then u get the answering service for 5 hours.... the only thing I got accomplished there was a renew my blood pressure meds which I had to go physically to the office to have them ok it after it sat at rite aid 3 days. because they couldnt get thru on the phone..this doctor is a joke!!!!! never calls u back ever...doesnt do a damn thing and she duoble dips your ins ..be careful!!!!! INCOMPITENCE AT ITS BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!

Dr. Reddy is my favourite doctor Ive ever had. She does have a hard time keeping appointment times due to the fact that she accepts a wide range of insurances other doctors turn away in addition to daily walk-ins which results in a higher patient volume. It is actually a willingness to help people grill her for instead of appreciating the fact that she will never cut your time short just to hurry up and get you out. If you dont like it, choose another facility because many others dont have that luxury because of their insurance.

It is true that Heather can be a bit abrupt, but I have learned that she is very efficient and consistent with her work. Now, I find her to be a pleasant receptionist that I can count on to get the job done, and thats enough (and plenty). Dr. Reddy was difficult to understand at first (I am a little bit hard of hearing and she speaks with a slight accent), but she is, and her office standards are top notch. If something is wrong she will find it and treat it, and isnt that what going to the doctor is all about?

Rude yelling receptionist one time even close the window on me. dr is inconsiderate misdiagnosed me. They never answer calls or call me back, 100 years later to get a simple easy refferal. needs extra dr appointment just to refill a prescription, appointment wait can last to two long hours just to see me for 10 minutes. always closed if not close early. They call this Doctor a DOCTOR!! I DONT THINK SO! Unfortunately i have to give them a 1 star if there was a 0 option i will give 0.

Do not choose this place as a primary care, they NEVER keep appointment times. Dr. Reddy has absolutely no regard for her patients time, I liked it at first because of location. BIG mistake, do NOT choose this place out of convenience because you will wait for hours appointment or not and then be rushed through whatever youre being seen for. I filed a complaint with Anthem Blue Cross about referring members here.

I had a wonderful experience there. I was informed before hand that if I walk in it will take longer then making an appointment. Your expected to wait if you want to walk in, there scheduled a month out for a reason and its not to accommodate walk ins before appointments. They are kind and very respectful. Dr. Reddy is just as good as the best.

The office is clean but the service is horrible. Sometimes the front desk can be rude but sometimes it can be great. One time my daughter accidentally spilled water on the floor and the doctor ready walked in and freaked out and made us wipe the water with a paper towel before she move with anything else. Shes horrible so is the staff

HORRIBLE OFFICE! Heather the receptionist is a mean person. I was trying to explain my situation to her and I got hung up on. Ive been to the office and shes even worse in person!! Dr. Reddy is an ok dr but shes blind to the rudeness of people working in her office. Get rid of Heather and your office will be 100% better!

We like the doctor a lot, but the wait time is terrible even if you have an apartment. the front office is less than desirable, and the doctor does not start seeing patient until at least 10:20 am. I would have started at 8:00 and get it over with. The front office staff should be all fired.

Worst dr office!!! Wait times are over 2 hours regardless of making appointments. Had blood work done in July 2016 and was only able to get the results today (3/24/17) because no one printed or looked at them, despite my rheumatologist sending multiple requests for 5 months

This place is horrible. People who work in this place are super slow. I cant believe i wasted 2 hours 30 minutes for appointment and another 1 hour 30 minutes for to see doctor and check... i dont know how they keep running their business like this.

Slow took two hours from my appt time and was early to appt Im in pain and there was nothing she could do to help me but to refer me to another dr in concerned Dr Reddy not ready

5 stars for a clean office. 0 stars on the service. Staff is slow and rude. They dont return phone calls. So dont bother leaving a voicemail. My suggestion is to find another Dr.
