Theres nothing to like about this place except the ease of getting an appointment- when they fraudulently bill patients on a regular basis, and do nothing for pain other then give prescriptions for Motrin after surgical procedures, I can see why its so easy. They didnt even wait for the novacaine to kick in before starting. I was wincing in intolerable pain for nothing. I was up all night in needless pain, and am ready to call the DEA because I cant believe a Dentist actually practices "medicine" yet gives you none. He probably is an addict himself or sells prescription pain pills to his friends; thats why he doesnt write prescriptions for patients paying good money. Their website advertises theyll "keep you comfortable." Being over billed for torture then given nothing for the pain, only an antiobiotic THEY KNEW I WAS ALLERGIC TO does not comfort me. Their level of neglect is equal to their lack of morals and compassion. All they care about is the money, and having u sign forms from the start saying they can overbill both you and the insurance and theres nothing you can do about it. STAY AWAY! Dont be fooled by their smiling faces.

We started going to Riverdale Dental about 4 years ago. The best part about Riverdale Dental is they have several offices. We started at the Lehigh Acres office and moved about 1 year ago. We werent worried at all because they have so many offices that we have an office 4 miles from our new home. We love this office as much as the Lehigh Acres office. All the staff is so nice and they are very accommodating to your needs. All the staff has ALL been there for a long time, and that means a lot. Guess they like where they work. Our previous dentist office, every 6 months when we would return, the whole staff would be new!!! We also are no longer there!! They should be shut down!!!! We would and have recommended Riverdale Dental several times!! We wont be going anywhere, if we do, we know that we will have another office close by!!!

I had a tooth ache, made and appointment, had a diagnosis that required a longer appointment and was given Tylenol3 and antibiotic and sent home . The next week a crown was removed and decay underneath, so Dr. started and determined himself that I required a root canal. Then tried to put a temporary on the root canal and it hurt the same as a week before. So come back in a week for a crown, but it still hurt the same. And $1000+ dollars later still have a tooth ache I walked out! No confidence in the Dr. AND still living with a sensitive sore tooth with a root canal sticking up! Go to a single, stand alone DDS NOT a Riverdale Office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, amazing staff and amazing doctor. I was so nervous for my wisdom tooth extraction, but the doctor as well as his nurse had a normal conversation with me to calm down my nerves and it worked. I was so comfortable. They explain your benefits with you so well. I currently work in a medical office as well so I am so impressed with this office. I made this office my dentist. Super happy. They know what they are doing !

While on vacation I developed an abscess. The office at the RV park told me that Riverdale was the place to go. Dr. Aquino quickly diagnosed the issue and prescribed drugs that quickly healed it. Additionally he let me know that my dental office should have diagnosed the causation a year ago. The office sent the x-rays to my dentist when I returned home where I had a discussion with him on why they missed the problem.

I always receive professional, compassionate and gentle dentistry services here. The dentist, hygienists, office and billing staff and everyone in the office is always thorough, caring and clear with instructions and explanations. I know most people dont enjoy visiting the dentists office, but this office will not make your visits painful in a way that you wont feel comfortable coming back regularly.

Probably the best experience at a dentist office that I have ever had. Courteous, friendly, professional staff, and Dr. B.J. Sams is the most competent and skillful dentist this side of Texas. What I liked best was his ability to listen to your concerns and to provide various ways to address them....I cant believe I actually dont mind having to go to a dentist again.

I have never felt so comfortable in a dentists chair before. The dental hygienist, Amy, was so amazing with me. I let them know ahead of time about my high anxiety, and they were very sweet with helping me get through it during a not so fun procedure. I will never visit another dentist other than them! Highly recommended.

Dr. Aquino has been "restoring" my smile and dental health, and reassuring all worries I have had about dentist offices. He makes sure Im comfortable and relaxed, and always makes the point to make it personable. The front staff and dental assistants are also top grade. I would recommend this office to anyone.

The staff is kind and Raija the hygenist is awesome. I had to have a post and crown and the Dr and tech were awesome! May be a bit more than box dentist but you get what you pay for!
