If you are like me, when ever you hear the term Dentist, you relate it to the horrible sound of the drill, painful shots, expensive and outrageous costs and over all fear. Until I came to this dental office! The minute you walk thru those doors, you enter into a very comfortable, friendly atmosphere. They greet you with so much joy, not because they have to, but because they want you to feel welcome, like at home. Jennifer is awesome, very professional on the phone and in person. The hygiene staff is very knowledgeable of their job and make you feel as comfortable as possible. They are very patient and take their time to explain what they are doing and give you the best advise to follow up at home until your next visit. When it comes to Dr, Torres, shes very patient, professional and what I feel is her best feature is her compassion and commitment to her job and patients. Something that I have never felt in any other dentists offices in my 48 years, is that to her you are not only a patient, you are a person! She treats you with respect and dignity, like a family member, not just another patient, like I have experienced in other dentist offices, where the dentist comes in, sometimes wont even greet you and walks out and you dont even know what he/she looks like. Once they are complete with your procedure and you check out, you are asked if you are ok, they make sure everything went well and ask if you have any questions. Then of course, at the end when you check out, they explain your insurance coverage and your out of pocket costs, which I really believe are very affordable compared to other places based on the service, experience and treatment you receive. They try to work with you on the best payment option, not against you. Overall, from the moment you walk in thru the doors and out the doors, the whole process and experience is a very comfortable one which I would recommend to anyone. I also have a 9 year old Autistic son, who is extremely sensitive to noise, touch and other senses and hes not afraid going to this place when ever he needs to, something that I always feared and had a hard time when taking him to a dentist office.Someone mentioned in a previous review about the waiting time, Ive been a patient there since I moved here from out of state and like any other place, if you are having a procedure done, you will have some waiting to do, but believe me, the same time Dr. Torres is taking to make sure that patient in front of you gets the proper professional care, she will take with you as well, to make sure you get the same professional care you deserve! We need more dedicated professionals like her and her staff!

I recently moved to the area and had dental work done at my home dentist before moving. I was experiencing a lot of pain, so I went to ibeliv dental studio to hopefully have them readjust my bite, but what ended up happening was an absolute nightmare. The dentist I saw told me I would need to have several fillings replaced and a potential root canal performed to fix my pain. Naturally, I was upset and called my home dentist, to which he said it really sounded like my bite just needed to be readjusted. After paying for a flight back home, I returned to my original dentist only to find out that my bite was indeed off and needed to be readjusted. I am extremely disappointed in the team at ibeliv dental studio. I had high hopes before going there because of all of the positive reviews online, but I can only describe the experience as a complete nightmare. The dentist I saw did not even try to listen to me when I explained that my bite felt off and instead went right to costly procedures for a fix instead of listening to me and how I felt. Additionally, when I called to get my x-rays sent back to my home dentist, the reception team gave me a hard time about it and ended up never even sending the x-rays to my dentist (despite me filling out a release of records form). I am now experiencing no pain after having my bite readjusted by my home dentist. Its unbelievable to me that there was such an easy fix and ibeliv dental studio didnt even try to help me get relief from my pain. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

We used to drive to Celebration for our dental work and after going through several bad experiences there, not to mention the inconvenience of driving and the traffic on the I4, parking etc. we decided to try iBeliv Dental studio with Dr. Torres. I dont remember when we first started going to Dr. Torres but it was at least more than 3 1/2 years ago. We are satisfied customers and friends. Dr. Torres and her staff are true dedicated professionals that use the latest equipment and instruments, their customer support is genuine and they care. Every member of my family has had a great experience with them. I recommend them to anyone considering or looking for a dentist that wants to do the best work the first time. Im not a professional review writer, but I did want to take the time to give Dr. Torres and her staff a great review. They have earned it and they are number one in my book.

I am petrified of the dentist. I went in because a piece of my tooth chipped and I knew I needed to go in already because a piece of my filling fell out and needed to be replaced. The dental hygenist was so sweet and took care of me. She was calm and caring. The dentist came in after and was also very kind and patient with me. She went over all of my teeth issues and let me know what would need to be done. And then, she answered all my questions. I needed to be referred for retreatment of my root canal. She helped with every step and made me feel at ease and more comfortable. I havent had all the work fixed yet, but so far I have no qualms. The expense part of things was addressed at the end of my appt and I sat with one of the staff while they addressed everything with me and explained my options. I felt good leaving the dentist, which doesnt normally happen!

I wish I could rate Dr. Torres and her exceptional staff higher than five stars! I can actually say I look forward to going to the dentist! Scheduling my appointment was a breeze as they actually cared and took into consideration what time would work for me. That is a refreshing change from dentists I have seen in the past. The office is beautifully decorated and I found it very relaxing and felt at ease. The entire staff was not only friendly but very efficient. Dr. Torres was just what you look for in a dentist: kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I found ibeliev Dental Studio after my husband needed quite a bit of repair work done. He had put off going to the dentist for years due to not being able to find a good dentist who he trusted and liked. If you are looking for an excellent dentist look no further!

Very disappointed I have referred 5 of my friends . I have even deposited $100 for future work . I had a accident that made it impossible for me to get work done on my teeth .has to focus on fixing and investing my broken arm that requird surgery . I am inline to get insurance through my common law wife at the beginning of the year I have called 2 times to ask for antibiotics to hold me over until the beginning of the year because of infection each time I was told will call you back in 15 minutes with no call back. At one time I thought they really cared . But its obvious by the actions of this office they only care about your money not your well being. I highly recommend if you want a dentist that cares about you go somewhere else because all these people care about is your money and NOTHING ELSE$$$$$$$$
