They will give you fault advertisements, just to get you in!!!! I asked for the Oral Evaluation which is 100% covered by my dental insurance and deductible is waived for this service. They told me over the phone that there would not be any charge so I decided to make an appointment. When I went for my evaluation I was put to get panoramic x-ray, and was told that it was free for the first visit. 4 months later I was billed for the deductible on the panoramic x-ray that I DID NOT ask for. I agree that the staff are nice, but they are not being honest. They will give you fault advertisements, just to get you in, BE CAREFUL!!! I would not recommend. 05/05/2015: The issue was resolved.

I have been a patient at LifeTimeDental for a long time now and have always found going there to be an exceptional dental experience. Not only is Dr. Reinertson a very pleasant person but he is very knowledgeable and has all the latest equipment. His staff are all well trained and eager to do anything they can to help you. Last but not least--the office is always clean and well maintained. What more could you ask?

I have to admit, going to the dentist was not on the top of my list for favorites. I used to dread going to the dentist, but I really dont mind going to LifeTime Dental. They put me at ease and there is no pain. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything they are going to do. They show you pictures before and after. They are great. They also have dental payment plans so you are not in a financial bind.

You need more than 5 stars! Dr R and all his staff are great at comforting the weak at heart. No one really likes to go to the dentist, but I actually look forward to my visits without dread. Their dedication to the patient is unwaivering. My good health is their only goal. I am so glad I found him! I travel from Orlando to Tavares. He is that good!!

I had 2 really bad experiences in the last year or so at other dentist offices and was really stressed out about going to get a root tip out with this Dentist. But he was very polite very concerned about my anxiety and took great precautions to ensure I would feel no pain. He did a great job. I really like this place.

I had a broken tooth and they were even willing to fix it the same day. I opted to come back and since I had a Treatment Plan I could schedule an immediate appointment the next day for my Crowns which would fix both molars for future. Staff is always friendly and Dr Chick is always willing to answer my questions.
