I must say my experience at Jeffries Eye Care was amazing. I dont usually get my eyes examined since I dont wear glasses (yet) lol! However, I was due for a medical examination of my eyes just to ensure overall health. I was greeted with a very friendly staff the first time when I made the appointment, then again on the day of my appointment. I felt very welcomed and was called back for my exam at the time of my scheduled appointment. I have had 2 eye exams in the past at a different facility. Comparatively speaking, the eye exam performed by Dr. Jeffries was much more thorough. She took her time to answer my questions (and I had a lot), she slowed down when I asked her to, she repeated a step if I needed her to and she explained exactly what she was doing and why she was doing it. While Im still holding out on wearing the glasses she prescribed, I learned a great deal about the importance of getting your eyes examined on a yearly basis and I will definitely be going back in 2015. Dr. Jeffries predicts I will be walking out with glasses by then. While Im still in denial at 45 years old, Im pretty certain that shes right!!!

Dr. Jeffries is great. Her staff is amazing! To say they are under-staffed is an understatement, but they did everything (and more) to keep things moving and keep smiling. I was very impressed how well they all worked together considering the resources they were provided. This was my first visit, and they all made me feel like I belong there (with the exception of the lady at the front desk who seemed completely dazed and distant). Cathy is awesome! And, I didnt catch her name, but the tall, thin lady was very courteous. I didnt mind waiting while she helped 2 elderly couples who came in while I was ordering my glasses. The staff smiled and laughed through all the chaos, which I found refreshing. If Dr. Jeffries would hire more help, this place would be a well oiled machine! I dont think she realizes how much those girls need help! Ill definitely return. All in all a good experience!

I had gone to another eye care firm in Newnan before going to Jeffries; that was a big mistake. The difference between them and Jeffries was like that between night and day. I have been to Jeffries for two sets of glasses, and each time they got my prescription right the first time, and quickly got my glasses adjusted so they fit me perfectly. Their selection of frames is extensive, Dr. Jeffries is great, and the entire office staff are all extremely competent. I am totally satisfied with Jeffries Eye Care and will continue to go to them for my vision needs. Ive been wearing glasses for something like 30 years, and have been to various eye care chains and independent practitioners in both large and small cities. Jeffries is the best vision care provider Ive been to in that entire timeframe.

Ive been using Jeffries Eye Care for years and have never been disappointed in the care and service I have received over the years. In fact this is the doctor and facility that fixed a double vision issue I was having that my original doctor could not. I have been with her ever since and plan to stay with her.-James Carter I have been using this eye care place since it was Pearl Vision and have never been unhappy with the service or any of the people working there. I will continue to use them as long as possible.

From the time that they personally called to confirm my appointment, I had already liked them. That is the way I would preferred to be called. Not with this automatic shiznit. They show that you care from you first time to your last resolution. Will look forward to my yearly visits. Yes I could get my glasses / contacts done cheaper at other places. I would prefer to the give my money to the little companys over this big store names, who have ZERO customer service manners. THANK YOU!!

The staff at Jeffries Eye Care was exceptionally friendly and efficient. They were extremely busy the day I was there, but the staff kept things moving right along. My family will be going there for their eye care needs. We have tried another provider in the area and were not happy with the service. Being new to the area, it is hard to know where to go for services. To anyone who is new to the Newnan area, I would highly recommend Jeffries Eye Care.

Jeffries Eye Care has done my exams for contacts and my eyeglasses. The staff is professional and thorough and very helpful. I informed them I was considering LASIK and they gave me excellent information regarding what to look for in a provider, suggested providers for me in case I needed additional looks, and let me know specific areas to be wary of. I just picked up my new glasses and I have got to say, its like going from a 10 watt bulb to 1000 LED!!! Dr. Jeffries NAILED my Rx and I cannot remember the last time Ive seen SO clearly!!!!
