Absolutely horrible. Ive waited a long time for one pair of glasses . The MD has "jury duty" so all people with failing vision must suffer after paying their money for their glasses because all employees, EVEN THE TYRONE location cant even attempt to send someone to pick up patients prescription glasses for pick up until the doctor is done with jury duty. Tabitha was rude and very condescending. She let me know no one would do anything about getting patients their prescriptions and your vision was in the mercy of the courts . I wouldnt recommend anyone go here if you value your vision. Williamson eyecare has shown themselves to be one of those "take your money" kind of businesses. Ive never seen a jury summons given at the last minute to cause this kind of chaos, so the lack of planning for patient pick ups/appointments shows a lack of customer service and Williamson eyecares commitment to their patients. I will file an official complaint and dispute the charges to my insurance for those glasses. I now have to go to LensCrafters so I dont drive my 2 year old toddler and myself into a pole. Thanks for nothing , I want a refund for the product I didnt receive.

If you are a Keratacones patient do not go to this office. They tell you that the optometrist specializes in Keratacones buy he doesnt. They do not have the capability or tools to help you. I went to the doctor and the office personnel is very unprofessional and not knowledgeable. They just want yoir money for that office visit. The receptionist was incapable of handling how many patients were in the office at once. I needed new contacts because I lost one. They said they needed to contact my previous optometrist to get the records and they will call me back. I kept calling to follow up and they said they never received them. My previous doctor was at Kaiser, how hard could it be to get the records. I waited 3 weeks and still no response. I decided to contact Kaiser myself to get the info and they gave it to me over the phone. It took 5 seconds to get the info. I sent the info to Williamson eye care and they still didnt call me. I had to call them to verify if they received it. The lady that answered said they got them and will call me back as soon as the doctor reviewed them...WTF!!! I already made an appt with Emory just in case. They are a rip off!

I cancelled my appointment within 30 minutes of being in this office. I made appointments for a 2 year-old and a 9 year-old. Instead, I listened to the doctor up sale eye wear to an older lady. The entire time he sounded like a used car salesman. When the girl at the front desk asked him if she needed to be the one to check my kids eyes with the machine, he said yes. She admitted to me that she normally only answers in the Tyrone office. She wasnt sure on how to use the machine. I needed someone who would be able to work faster especially trying to have a 2 year-old tested. Instead of leaving the sale portion to the girl at the front desk, the doctor didnt bother to get up and be a doctor. If I saw that I had a two-year-old patient, I would tell my current patient, "Hello this is my assistant such and such and she will continue to help you." That and back room where they were running an eye test, the light above was flickering, which I am sure would cause problems with getting an accurate test on a patient. Overall, very shady practice.

My experience at Williamson Eye Care was the best experience I have ever had at an eye clinic before. I requested a last minute appointment and they were able to work me in. The clinic felt very warm and inviting. Dr. Williamson treated me like family. Im telling you if you are looking for a loving family eye clinic this is the one.
