The office is clean, and they are very quick, and even the staff seems to be friendly... BUT Dr. Blair himself is in an out and doesnt seem to care... he shoved some brand of contacts on me I didnt want and after 6 different prescriptions we were able to compromise and I just said good enough.... well I took my sons to get their eyes check, my youngest loved them, but my oldest who wears glasses, was indecisive and the staff seemed to have an issue with him taking his time to pick out what he wanted out of what my insurance would pay for. Those glasses broke within 3 months, so I paid out of pocket for another pair, which have made it until his last exam, but he has still been wearing them as I was not with him when he went with his grandmother to pick up his new glasses, they are crooked and my mother said something to the staff member and she said, no they are fine... when I saw them, well lets just say I work 8-6 M-F and this was about 2 months ago and have not been able to take him up to get them correctly adjusted. NOW my glasses, I was sitting here tonight watching TV, turned my head and heard the frames creak, well, when I took them off my face to inspect them, they snapped!!! And these are only 2 months old.... FORGET THIS PLACE THEY DON"T CARE!!!!!!!!! They will see me in office tomorrow on my lunch break to rip them a new one and give me better glasses! And then I will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN! I have received better service at the Walmart eye doctor!! He is just not in my network

Being new to the area I needed a recommendation for an eye doctor. My stylist suggested Dr. Blair at Primary Eye Care Associates. I couldnt be more pleased with his recommendation. The office is clean and comfortable. The assistants and receptionist are so very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Blair is very thorough and available to answer any questions you may have. My glasses needed to be adjusted and they took care of this with a smile. My lenses became scratched before they were a year old and they were replaced with no cost to me. The assistant helped me find the best pair of glasses for my face and was willing to take as much time as possible. My only suggestion would be that since I really cant see without my glasses on, it is difficult to select a pair of frames that I like the way they look, so perhaps a magnified mirror to look in would help so that I could actually clearly see the new frames I am trying to purchase.

Being diabetic, I need to have not only my eyesight checked for visual acuity but a medical exam to look for developing issues. I called and explained what I needed and made an appointment. When I went for my exam, I felt like I was bum rushed through the process and quickly shown to the eyeglass store to purchase some overly expensive eyewear. Not only was my medical exam not done, they didnt even dilate my eyes for a cursory inspection. When I asked, I was told that they would be doing that at my next visit. The entire experience seemed to focus on selling eyewear and generating follow-up office visits. I paid my co-pay (which they managed to screw up as well) and wrote off the experience as lessons learned. I bought new glasses (same brand of frames) from a competitor for a couple of hundred dollars less than their quote. Dont waste your time with these guys. Unfortunately, theres nothing less than one star.

Facilities were clean and up to date, staff was professional and friendly. There is an obvious attention to sterility. The staff was patient and accommodating to my children however a few changes could help. Adding a diaper changing table to the bathroom and a few basic toys and childrens books to the waiting room could help. (unfamiliar toys and books always captivate children) Though kind and patient, the staff did not seem to be trained with skills to set children at ease. (Though this was still a good experience for my kids) What keeps me from giving 5 stars is an apparent frustration with patients who would rather live with a slight amount of blurriness than to be bothered with the inconvenience and expense of glasses. Show me what you can do for me, dont try to dictate and decide for me whether I will purchase eye-wear.

Recently moved to town and could not be more happier with my find in this eye doctor. So convenient! I had to bring my kids with me which is normally a nightmare, but they had a Playstation in the waiting room! The girls there were so nice and the doctor was really helpful. They had a ton of choices as far as glasses go and I was really relieved to find something that I liked that wasnt outrageously priced. They fit so well and my eyes feel so much better than they did with my old pair. So grateful to have found a reliable eye doctor in my new town.

My husband and I both go to to Dr.Blair and have since we first found him at the Aurora,IN Walmart. Have always found him and his staff friendly and knowledgeable. We both have diabetes and he checks for any changes from the diabetes in our eyes. The glasses we have purchased have been good quality and if there is any problems, they do whatever it takes to resolve them. I would recommend them to anyone who is needing a thorough eye exam.

The staff was friendly and I was given every test on my eyes Dr Blair was knowledgeable and also gave me a very good exam. But it is very expensive my insurance Co was billed 210.00 and I had to pay 119.00 and that did not include glasses or contacts. I did get a follow up visit and they did work with me to get another strength contact.

Dr Blair is great! Very knowledgeable! Helping me tremendously work through my dry eye condition. Girls in the office are very nice, very efficient and knowledgeable, too! The office is very clean, they play great music and ive never had to wait long at all to be seen! Overall, great experience!!

Several issues, but basically the service was less than stellar. We waited a month to get contacts, they said would take a week. Then we waited 2 months for the glasses to be delivered, only to find out they were at the store for a month but nobody knew. Nice people, just marginally competent.

The staff is always really friendly and can answer all of my quesions. The location is way out of my way as I have moved to Ohio, but I still coninue to go to them because I have trusted them with my vision for years. I recommend them!

Dr Blair and staff were prompt, attentive and extremely professional. My husband and I received thorough eye exams. They carry an enormous selection of frames. The office is beautiful!! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Quality frames and great assistance when trying to make the right selection (ask for Erin). Dr. Blair does a great job of considering my overall sight health. He has improved my sight quickly using a holistic approach.

I got a piece of metal in my eye. I was a able to get into the office very quickly. The staff really took care of me. The doctor removed the metal piece with no problem and no pain. I would recommend this office.
