The girl who took my son back and "assisted" with prescreening was incredibly rude, had a poor attitude and gave dirty looks. Her name was Anusha. She is so unprofessional and clearly uneducated about the services being offered (and manners!) She asked me if I wanted dilation for my son and I asked her "whats it for?" She looked confused and said "to check the health of the eye." I said, "but what specifically is it checking for?" She gave a dirty look and said in a fustrated tone, "the health... of the eye." I said, "but what are the benefits of dilation and is it part of the normal exam or something extra? I cant say if I want him to have it ot not if I dont know anything about it. She again repeated with the same ugly expression... "to.. check... the... health.. of the eye." I finally said "ok, if youre not able to answer my questions then Ill ask the physician myself." She huffed and dropped her face glaring up at me as if I was the idiot. She dismissed herself then. If you cant answer a question admit it with a smile and let someone know "Im sorry Im not able to answer your question but I can ask and get right back to you. I will find out and address their concern." Soooo rude and unprofessional! Their selection is 90 percent for women easily. Selection is limited regardless. Everything here is incredible overpriced and mostly really flimsy. ONLY GOOD THING IS THE DOCTOR WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND ARTICULATE IN ALL EXPLANATIONS.
I have been going to Woodfield Lenscrafters for years and have always had good service. This past January I was having problems with dry, red and watery eyes and was unable to wear contacts. After 3 months of follow up appointments and contact trials, Dr. Magdalena Bak has me wearing contacts again and my eyes are whiter than they have ever been!! Dr. Bak said " we can fix this" and she did! All the staff is great there but wanted to give a big shout out of "Thanks" to Dr. Bak, she is a pleasure to work with!
I was very impressed with the level of customer service from all of the exceptional staff at LensCrafters. They were all very knowledgeable and enthusiastic in answering my questions. In addition, Dr. Pak was very detailed in his exam, much more detailed than at other places Ive gone to, and my new contacts fit more comfortably than ever before. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The staff at this store went way out of their way to make my glasses work. I had a lot of trouble making progressive lenses work for me and these guys really went out of their way to make it work. We tried no less than four different versions to get something to work and our efforts paid off. They were great to work with and I would heartily recommend them!

Helped me out when I came to town and forgot my glasses and contacts. They didnt have to give me trial pairs but they did, and were really friendly about it, calling my LensCrafters back home for prescription details and giving me a clean place to pop in my lenses. They saved my trip!
Great costumer service is hard to come by these days. The entire staff at LENSCRAFTERS nails it!! I actually look forward to my next appointment. Ive been seen DR. Magdalena Bak. I highly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Overall great experience.
Dont be surprised to wait for your glasses one week, no more 1 hour service. I did my eye exam, decided with a frames and type of lances and when it came to make a payment I was told that it takes 5-7 days to get my glasses ready for pick up.
Jodi is awesome. She will help you pick out the perfect glasses and their rates are very reasonable.
