We worked with the store owner, Leo, who works there all the time. He was super-helpful in assisting my wife with the decision of whether to get bifocals or single prescription glasses, about the frame choice, (materials and features besides style & color) and other things, such as frame and lens materials, weight, learning curve for bifocals, etc. My son was due for a new pair of glasses and didnt want them. We thought maybe sunglasses, but Leo helped us pick out some blue Rec Specs that my son just loves. He explained their store discount (buy one, get one 50% off) vs. my vision plans coverage, and helped us make the right decision there as well. Even with all that, he didnt mind to adjust my wife & sons current glasses fit for no charge. Just great service, all-around.
