My 1st visit went wonderful. Linda was very kind and helpful. She took time with me and my 9 month old son to find him a pair of glasses. I raved about our experience to my family and friends. Then, I got the call to pick up the glasses and had to send my mom because my work schedule did not mesh with the office hours. She was happy to do it and excited to go to a place I had talked so highly about. However, upon getting there my son was asleep. It was reported to me by my mom, that Linda was not pleased that he was sleeping and made a comment about him sleeping in a rude tone. My mom also said that she was not treated as nicely as I had been. She thought maybe bc she was dressed in her gardening clothes bc I had called her when she was busy in the yard and gave her the hours she had to be there so she didnt think she had time to get changed and drive the 30 minutes to the office to pick up the glasses. So, she dropped what she was doing to do me a favor and get his glasses. I only know one side of the story, but if this is the reason I am sadly disappointed. Therefore, I am now only giving 3 stars.

I was pretty disappointed when making my first initial call to set up an appointment - I havent been to the eye doctor in years so I was a little embarrassed and hesitant in general to even make an appointment. I was also unsure of the process and the woman over the phone made it clear she wasnt welcoming to new patients and made me feel stupid for not knowing all the answers to her questions. She came off so dry I felt like she was being so rude when I was giving her my information and felt like I was wasting her time. She didnt even thank me for calling after hanging up. Im calling back to cancel my appointment just because of that first initial call. That was definitely not a great first impression. And coming from a new potential patient it was really disappointing.

Linda is extremely helpful. She is always willing to go out of her way and make sure that you are satisfied. I had a pair of glasses that kept breaking. Even though they were past the 6 month warranty period, Linda contacted my insurance company and was able to get my glasses replaced with a completely different pair at no cost. Linda always makes sure her customers are completely satisfied with their glasses befor they leave. Everyone I know who has purchased glasses/contacts from here has always been so happy with their experience. I wont go anywhere else for my glasses.

The entire staff at the Larson Eye Center were top notch! An especial shout out to my Optometrist Dr. Caroline Machnicki who took the time to make sure I had just the right prescription for both my glasses and my contacts. This was especially important for me since, over time, it has become more & more difficult for me to wear contacts. She found just the right brand that worked for my comfort! Also, Linda Williams was a huge help in choosing a beautiful pair of frames for my new glasses! Thanks YOU Larson Eye Center!

Visited Larson Eye Center for the first time as a new patient of Dr. Macek. Greeted very politely when I arrived, appt was at 2:00pm and was seen only minutes after that time. Dr. Macek was professional, courteous, polite and patient. I would highly recommend Larson Eye Center and Dr. Macek.

We have never had to wait (in the waiting room) for more than 5 minutes. The eye exam experience has always been explained to my daughters so they know what to expect. Ordering contacts is a breeze and they are delivered within two days!!! Staff is always friendly!

The Larson staff went above and beyond to help me with my needs. I am a post RK patient looking to get fitted with contact lenses which was a very time consuming process. The staff was exceedingly helpful and I am very pleased with the results.

Im a new patient of Dr. Lauren Saxe. Switched from a doc that I didnt much care for. Love this new arrangement. Both the doc and staff are really outstanding. Cant say enough good things about them.
