I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery! Dr. Knowles did an outstanding job, especially during the actual operation. He talked me through the entire operation, in which sped up the procedure. I gave Stahl Vision four stars because of the following: 1. After locking down a date for an evaluation, I was told to fill out my paperwork online. Once I arrived at Stahl Vision, the receptionist told me that their online form system does not pull all of the information correctly. She had to ask me additional questions that I had already answered. 2. Once I was called on and taken to the back, I bounced from person to person during the evaluation. 3. The evaluation team did not have their measurement machines turned on. This happened twice and added an extra 15 to 20 minutes to my appointment. 4. There were several new co-workers training this morning, I assume. The room I was located in was diagonal from another room. At one point, one worker and her trainee walked out of the room diagonal from me and began talking about the older lady in a negative way. I was disappointed to hear workers, especially one that was training a new employee, talking about their patient as if they were a nuisance. 5. Majority of the workers did not introduce themselves. I felt more of a number than a patient. 6. Dr. Knowles would only shake my hand with gloves (after the surgery) - typically gives a fist bump (every other time). Overall, I thought the initial evaluation team was poor. Conversely, the day of surgery pre-operation team was well put together. To this end, I think Stahl Vision did a great job on my eyes!

Four stars because the surgery was a success. I am surprised by the kind words about their service, because this isnt what I saw. Without a doubt, their business model is get you in, get your money, do the surgery, and get you out as fast as possible. This is drive thru surgery with a long line. 30 seconds of surgery explanation, and when Stahl finishes, he books it to another room to do the same and is clearly annoyed when you ask him questions. Because of scheduling, I switched to Dr. Knowles, who is better in that respect, but cancelled a follow up appointment he set to which I took PTO. It was rescheduled, and he cancelled again! He was out of town seeing friends I believe, so why did we make the appointment? They have TONS of assistants whose job is to set up payment plans and answer surgery questions and do eye tests, so the doctors can perform surgeries as fast as they can (25 minutes per surgery). It is quite fascinating and effective. Im sure they are loaded with cash at the speed they perform. Sad thing they dont know any of their clients nor care. But hey what do I care when the surgery is a success! Also, when you enter their giant full waiting room, they eventually call your name and escort you to another giant full waiting room in the back you cant see! Signs read "The best doctors often have the longest wait times." Sure thing guys!

The staff is wonderful! I just had my surgery today (6/1/17), I had problems with financing with Care Credit (not the offices fault) but the medical staff was so patient with me and helped me sort the problems out and even waited for me, they didnt push my surgery back and take someone before me, which is what I thought would happen. It was fast, I spent more time signing paperwork than in the operating room! 7 mins per eye and most of that time is actually just prepping the eye with eye drops and what not. There was an assistant beside me that held my hand the entire time and Dr. Stahl talked to me through the whole procedure and they explained my after care in great detail. As soon as I sat up I could see things I couldnt see before! I definitely recommend Stahl Vision, they have great staff and a very clean and very well organized and well run office!

Stahl Vision made getting Lasik as easy and painless as possible! I was slightly nervous going into the entire ordeal (initial exam, surgery, post-op, etc.) but the staff at Stahl Vision reassured me every time I went into the office. Each staff member that I came into contact with was extremely nice, helpful, and professional. They constantly asked how I was feeling and if I needed anything else or had any questions. Dr. Stahl was extremely kind and encouraging in the manner in which he spoke and throughout the surgery and post-op appointments. I ended up having an issue with my eye where the flap got wrinkled and pushed into a bad position but the next morning he was able to correct the issue and made sure that I had a followup appointment to watch over the problem. I wouldnt have chosen anyone else to do this surgery for me! Thank you Stahl Vision!

My experience at Stahl Vision was nothing less than 10 Stars!!!!! From the moment I walked into Stahl Vision, I could tell that I would be receiving the highest quality service I could get. I have NEVER seen the level professionalism, dedication, respect, and care that Dr. Knowles and his staff have displayed. Out of every business I have dealt with in the past, Stahl Vision is the ONLY place that I felt that the staff truly and genuinely cared about their customers. Dr. Knowles and his staff represent the pinnacle of what other businesses should strive to become. 10-12 years ago I had an appointment to get Lasik with Dr. Stahl and I ended up calling and canceling because I got scared. Well present day I decided to do it again and this time I followed through with the procedure. Two week prior to the procedure I had such HIGH anxiety that i think everyone around me was sick of hearing about it. BUT, there was something about walking in the front door of Stahl Vision that just calmed me. Dr Stahl and his entire staff are so friendly, calming and reassuring which made the whole process so much easier. I couldnt believe how quick the procedure was and the results were amazing that I cannot believe I wasted the last 10 years wearing glasses. Thank you Dr Stahl and staff.

I had PRK yesterday. it was very quick and painless. I was very nervous and the staff did a great job making me feel comfortable and better. Dr. Stahl and his staff are very professional, courteous and know what they are doing. It is a process of healing and all these eye drops can be confusing but they explain it in a way that makes it easier for you and the follow up paper is easy to follow. So far i am very satisfied with everything and I know i was in the best hands i possibly could be to have this done! I cant wait until i am totally healed and for the first time in 20 years be able to see!!!! HIGHLY Recommend! wouldnt go anywhere else, but the best, Dr. Stahl!

Dr. Stahl and the entire staff was very friendly, professional and nice. I went there after reading good reviews about it online and it turned out to be absolutely worth my time, effort and money. Of course it wasnt an easy decision for me as when eyes are involved, its natural to be a little apprehensive but the entire procedure LASIK for both my eyes just took 2 hours of my total time and my vision is perfectly normal again! I cant say about anybody else but at least my experience was truly satisfying. And added benefit was that it wasnt even very costly and most likely cheaper than other established vision correction centers.
