Dr. Gudur is a very caring and very knowledgeable doctor. He explains things to me, if there is something found or wrong, he will explain in a way that I am able to understand, sometimes I have trouble hearing him and he gladly repeats himself if I didnt hear him the first time. If I need to see a specialist, he will find one right away. Dr Gudur also does whatever he can to make my life a little easier with my physical limitations by trying to help me get the equipment that is needed for my limitations, walker, wheelchair etc...He and his staff have always treated me with the utmost respect and they have always been very professional, as well as friendly and nice to me. Im thankful to have a doctor, as well as the staff that work with him, that really care for their patients. I would recommend him to anyone and have recommended him already!

Website location is has the old, not new address so very difficult to find with an inaccurate address! Small waiting room with TV blaring inane daytime show. 45 minute wait. Water cooler broken. NOT geriatric friendly - after the visit my Mom who has mild cognitive impairment was handed a cup with a lid with no instructions. She promptly placed it into her purse and closed the zipper. A follow-up visit was scheduled for Saturday. We drove up from Alpharetta only to be shown a piece of paper that was printed the day before showing her insurance was not good in GA (it is). They could have saved us the trip. They did say they would not charge us for the visit in which they did nothing and informed us we could not have the follow-up. We will go to Emory for a geriatrician.

Dr. Gudur is extremely unhelpful and poorly manages his organization in all aspects. My appointments always have hour long wait times. When you actually sit down with the doctor (for a whopping 5 min), he will interrupt you mid conversation to take phone calls. If your appointment pushes past the 5 min of time hes allotted, he will simply leave you waiting while he sees other patients, then return an hour later when he has another 5 min to continue talking to you. If you seek any medicine, he will either refuse to prescribe it or will refer you to a specialist (wasting time and money even further). Overall a very unsatisfying experience from a woefully incompetent doctor. I will not be returning.

Me and my son went to see Dr Sureh Gudur the other day, and not only did he keep my son waiting past his scheduled appointment for THREE HOURS (which was odd considering there were no other patients in the waiting room), there was not even a human lavatory available in his office. When he finally did see my son, he cut his appointment short by 25 minutes and sent him on his way with a prescription for what was essentially benadryl for a very serious and painful condition. I will not be coming here again, and I advise anyone else who does to use the toilet at the local CVS first because you wont find one here.

Dr. Gudur has been my familys primary care physician for over 8 years. He has provided Excellent medical care for members of my family spanning three generations of patients. He has extremely caring, observant, has an eye for detail that is unsurpassed. His expertise also includes endocrinology for the diabetic members of my family. We will continue care under his supervision as long as he is around. Keep up the great work doc!

Always professional - always remembers your name and your spouses name. NEver pushy or arrogant. I love this guy/Dr. He will talk to you like a normal person. Oh yeah and he takes walk ins with no complaints about what time it is. Superb Service and attitude. I recommend every one to him. BTW, If you dont have insurance you can afford to see him, because he doesnt charge outrageous prices for self pay! That is stellar!

I hated going here everytime I come for visit always someone new working. The doctor is flat out rude to patients and even drug reps that came in while I was waiting. If you look like you dont have alot of money he treats you rudely he screams at his nurses (prolly why there is such high turnover) just overall terrible place
