Overall I would say I had a very poor experience. I dont usually write reviews but this experience just bothered me so much since I paid $100 that I didnt have. I came in very sick with a fever, the doctor did seem pretty knowledgeable and listened to me, however he kept leaving the room without explaining where he was going or what he was doing which I found bizarre. The last time he left the room I just assumed he was coming back, which he did not. Usually a Dr will tell you ok..I think you have this...and heres what you should do. Never happened. Next thing I know a nurse comes in and hands me a script saying I was done. um...ok wheres my patient instructions? my diagnosis? what do I do if im still sick in a day or two? nothing, no instructions at all. And multiple issues not addressed at all...as I was experiencing some issues with breathing, etc. I then had a reaction to the prescription they gave me ( the pharmacist told me It was probably since the prescription they gave me really shouldnt be given to patients that are allergic to penicillin, which they were aware of) so I called the next day telling them I was unhappy with the appointment and I also needed a new prescription. Was told I would get a call back. Waited all day-nothing, I called that evening saying I never heard back. They promised me I would get a call soon. No call. The next evening I got a call from the pharmacy telling me I had a prescription waiting. Just poor customer service if you ask me. I would not go back here, again wasted money I didnt have. Still feeling unwell and I cant afford to go to a better urgent care to have another Dr address this. Should have checked the reviews first. Lesson learned.

Im never going anywhere else again. I regrettably went to Concentra for swelling in my face. The people there were nice but the price made me feel worse coming out then when I went in. I want to make this very long story short. Concentra ran a test on my infection and gave me some antibiotics which came to a total of $285 for visit, test and meds. Later I had gone to Primer Immediate Care who gave another antibiotic for the same infection to help knock it out. Total cost at Primer, $98.00. After I finished all my meds, the infection came back. Concentra would not do anything for me unless I agreed to come back in for another visit (another $140 that I gladly did not go to give) even though they had my test results and knew exactly what was wrong with me. I waited almost a week hoping that it would go away on its own (it didnt) until I called Primer back to get advice. The receptionist took down my info. Less then 2 hours later I got a call from the nurse to let me know she had sent in a new prescription for me without me having to ask. I have never been so relieved in my life. Im so glad they took care of me because what I have is a very serious infection and could have fatal consequences if left untreated. If I had money to blow, sure I could have gone back to Concentra but since I spent half my rent there last time, it wasnt a good option for me. Ive seen some other negative reviews here, obviously theyve had issues here but in my case, they basically saved me from going to the ER and possibly my life. Big thank you to Primer staff!

Reading these other reviews have me a little cautious. Ive been to this office 3 times regarding swelling and other serious issues. Dr.Henderson has been amazing so far so good. Were in the process of resolving the problem. He has been very helpful with explaining things that Im not knowledgeable about at all. Seems like hes been doing this for a very long time. I trust him and have been. Happy with his service. If anythinh changes, I will update my review immediately!! I just wanted to share my experience so far. I think.with this establishment you should make ur judgment carefully & judge for yourself. U never know until u have proof & not just someone elses opinion or experience. It all depends on ur situation though, bc u dont want to.waste money u dont have either. Possibly taking a chance with money u really dont have, to receive poor service isnt what anyone wants or deserves. I go pe this review helps someone with making a reasonable decision.

BEWARE!!!! This clinic will tell you one price then bill you later for more. The person who handles the billing can barely understand or speak English. When I came in for the office visit I was told it would cost me $90 because they couldnt "understand" my insurance (blue cross blue shield). I paid the $90 and they told me that when they "figured out" my insurance they would refund the $90. Instead I later received a bill for an additional ten dollars! When I called and trudged through the chore that was communicating with the woman I was transferred to, she told me that since I used my insurance it would cost more because they charge people with insurance more!!!!!! Questionable business practices at best, horrible communication and office incompetence. I expected more from medical professionals, I suppose next time Ill go somewhere that actually has said professionals on staff.

Drove all the way here and saw that the Urgent Care sign was off. I drove up anyway because according to their website they stay open until 8pm. At 7:22 i walk in (Because its a WALK IN CLINIC) only two people are in there. Its immediately noticeably dirty. But i only need my ear checked for a possible ear infection. The receptionist tell me that they cant see me because they are not accepting patients at this time because they need to leave! "Excuse me WTH? what type of a crappy ass business are you running where ppl are suppose to be allowed to walk in and be treated but you turn off your lights and signs to "Appear" to be closed so no other patients walk in. I will NEVER return to such a horrible establishment ran like this. Good job Dr. Philip Henderson and your crappy receptionist! **OPEN UNTIL 8pm .......unless they wanna leave!**

I am extremely disappointed with this place. Just 2 years ago, they were amazing; however, here recently they are awful. My recently got blood work there and the doctor forgot to request all the blood work. When I asked them about he mix up they were extremely rude and told me that they will get to it when they want. After MANY calls, they just got an attitude and refused to take responsibility for their error. Even worse they kept getting an attitude with me and telling me that they are too busy. I think it is completely unprofessional considering they are dealing with medical conditions and that they would get an attitude with someone that is worried about their bloodwork. Unless something changes, this place you should avoid.

VERY POOR CARE. Took my son here when we couldnt get an appt same-day at regular dr. Walked into completely empty (except for the fishes) waiting room and waited for 45+ mins. Doctor didnt listen well in my opinion, chief complaints mostly ignored. Prescriptions weak and unhelpful. Previous OTC meds helped more, so we switched back. My call next morn wasnt returned for over 2 days. During callback, I explained to caller my dissatisfaction with their practice. They couldnt care less. GREATLY REGRET this experience.
