I called to make an appointment today because Patricia Bird was chosen as my PCP by my insurance provider, and the woman who answered the phone didnt even wait for me to finish speaking before she interrupted and starting talking, then she hung up on me. I had to call back to find out that she actually said they werent accepting new patients with my insurance, because I didnt hear her complete sentence since I was still talking when she decided to interrupt me.

DR. WINSTON IS THAT ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST. NEVER HAVE TO WAIT, AND HE CARES TRULY ABOUT MY CHILDREN. WONDERFUL PLACE TO BRING YOUR FAMILY.
