First of all, Dr. Dinh solicits 5 star reviews by offering to enter people in a raffle for a prize, so dont place much weight on all these 5 star reviews. I went in to see Dr. Dinh in January of this year for a problem with one of my top molars and to get a full exam. He diagnosed it as a cracked tooth, and upon his recommendation, I had him perform a root canal on the tooth. This later had to be redone by an endodontist since a canal was missed during the procedure and had been causing me a great deal of pain. As a dentist that I trusted, Dr. Dinh should have referred me to an endodontist originally if he didnt have the skill and equipment to perform a root canal on a back molar. I went through several months of bite adjustments and pain and worry about possibly having to get my tooth pulled at the age of 25. I finally went to a different dentist when I noticed a hole in my bottom molar directly below the cracked tooth. This new dentist found a huge cavity in my bottom molar that now requires a root canal and also showed me that the crown on my tooth had a hole in it and a chip near the gums thus requiring it to be redone. Once I received the original x-rays from Dr. Dinhs office, it was evident that the cavity showed up clearly on there and Dr. Dinh failed to ever inform me about it. My current dentist told me about referred pain with teeth and how the bottom tooth could be causing pain in my upper tooth as well. Now I am uncertain if Dr. Dinh even diagnosed the cracked tooth correctly. Bottom line is, Dr. Dinh does not seem able to properly perform root canals on molars, and has no knowledge of referred pain (which through my own research, seems to be a pretty common experience). Save yourself the trouble and emotional turmoil, and go anywhere else. I certainly hope this review saves at least one person from going through what I have been unnecessarily dealing with for almost half a year now.

Well, I just had been misinformed of the price for the work my daughter needed done, and basically it would be 129.00 higher then the original price i was told. I find this totally uncalled for, as I confirmed the total price on the phone with Anna three times, then go to the appt and told, if I do not pay for the Savings plan with it (Which has since gone up from $99.00 to $129.00), then they would only do the work up to the price of which was the 335.00. (This is after paying $287.00 for the first half *he wanted to do it in two visits.*) So I walked out. I will NOT have them do work and stop in the middle of things which may leave her more discomfort not being completed. I am sorry by your office is not good enough, this is really rotten in the way of your practice! Guess my first opinion was wrong in regards to the practice. To anyone going here for dental work and self pay, use caution in they way they handle things.

Worst f*ing dentist office Ive ever been too. Wont even write a prescription for antibiotics when I am in extreme pain! I havent gotten any sleep. I cant eat or drink anything! It hurts to even talk! My head, neck, ear, tooth, face, the whole left side is swollen and throbbing and unbearable. The tooth is obviously majorly infected and their excuse is that they cant write me a prescription for antibiotic until I make an appointment to have work done! I told the lady up front that I definitely wanted it pulled as soon as the infection was gone and she says shes sorry there is nothing they can do for me. Wow!!! Never go to this place! People are rude! Prices are way over priced! And who wants to go to a doctor or dentist that doesnt even care about their patients?!! I know I dont!

Dr. Dinh and his staff are professional and courteous. I have had numerous procedures done and am very satisfied with the service and high level of care that I have received. Most people have a fear of dentists, but I say, fear no more, Dr. Dinh knows what he is doing. This the place to go to if you want a dentist that has good bedside manners and a knowledgeable staff. Prices are very affordable, the office is very clean, the dentist is talented and the dental assistants are very nice. The front office staff are the best- they are always greeting me with a genuine smile. I love it. Highly recommend Live Laugh Smile Dentistry!!!

As a healthcare professional myself, Dennis is very detailed , well mannered and professional. If you want a dentist that really cares, one that incorporates your medical history into your treatment, and one that treats his patients the way he would like to be treated, then you know this is your guy. I left Dennis once to see what i could find out there but to my surprise, the other dude looked at his work and stated that it was a work of art(not kidding). I never told him this in person but i hope he can see this and know he is well appreciated. He will be succesful regardless of any reviews. His work speaks for him.

I would highly recommend Dr. Dinhs office. Everybody is so professional, and they take there time to explain things to you. They make you feel very comfortable. Office is very modern and up to date, all equipment is nice and clean. I like that they are open on Saturdays that is a big plus for me. Also liked the TV on the ceiling and headphones. While he was working on my teeth, I was watching a movie. Kept my mind of what was going on, and tuned out the noise of the tools. This is great for children! I liked that Dr. Dinh was constantly making sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. Totally recommend!!

Shine Bright Dentistry is modern, clean and professional. I thought the TV on the ceiling was quite clever as it helped distract my cleaning (got caught up on my Walking Dead!) Dr. Dinh is very personable, caring and extremely thorough. Also the rest of the staff were sweet and helpful. If you dont have dental insurance they have an in-house plan where you pay a one time fee and you get two cleanings and discounted prices on treatments within that year. To sum it up I really had a welcoming and above satisfactory visit here and I will be recommending this office to all friends and family.

Awesome experience. First time here but made me feel like I had been coming here for a long time. Everything is organized, prompt and super clean. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming starting from the front all the way to the back. In my opinion it definitely starts in the front, bad experience there the whole visit will be awkward but not in this case very sweet and attentive. Doctor takes the time to explain treatment plans and advice you as what to expect and the process of it all which is an added bonus. Thank you shine Bright for a very pleasant experience.

I am having some major dental work done, and have been pleased with all aspects of my service from Dr. Dinh and his staff. They have done a great job of communicating my treatment plan and the costs of each step. When Ive been in the chair, Dr. Dinh has had a terrific "chairside manner", and has answered all of my questions completely and thoroughly. In addition, I love that the office is so modern looking, and everything is extremely clean and well-maintained. I heartily recommend this dental office.
