Do NOT waste your time or money with this unstable, incompetent and impersonal dentistry staff. I have been seen by 2 different dentists in this office 4x in the last 2mo for a $300 filling that keeps randomly breaking. Whereas the last dental filling on the same tooth lasted me 10yrs before needing to be replaced. On the third visit (new dentist, trophy club office) the dentist was the very opposite of personable - I waited at least an hour to be seen, I was not greeted or briefed on the procedure or even warned before being given numbing shots (which I did not need, there is no nerve damage or pain only a chip) - he literally came from behind me and jabbed me in the gums (too far might I add, my nose was numb for two days) without any warning at all! This was literally the stuff of nightmares, no exaggeration. On the last visit (after a complete staff turnover) they refused to replace the filling or refund me my money for unsatisfactory and incomplete work (I still have a chipped tooth) and only then presented me with an $1800 option of crowns and a night guard. If this was the best option for my teeth (that I grind at night, to the point of revealing fracture lines indicated by normal photos as per the dentist) why was this option NEVER mentioned before. At this point I understand that the first dentist I saw no longer works here and possibly made a bad judgement, BUT why am I being made to pay for something that obviously to a dentist is not working. Additionally, I had seen this same dentist the prior visit in trophy club yet he said nothing about disagreeing with the diagnosis or noting obvious fracture lines nor did he suggest that since I grit my teeth I should get a mouth guard at any point. So again why am I being asked to pay for the mistakes, carelessness, inconsistency and sheer impersonability of those who are supposed to be knowledgeable of the service I am seeking?! I asked the office manager who I could file a complaint with - she indicated herself, I then asked her who the complaint would go to, again she indicated herself... what a joke. Where is the accountability? With all the instability in this office, patient service should be your primary objective and clearly its not. Avoid this place like the plague - zero stars.

My experience at Westpark Dental Care was in a word "AMAZING". When I walked in I was greeted by the girls up front, they were so bubbly and cheerful. My wait time was NON-existent, and I was even a few minutes late. The assistants were very helpful with explaining everything that was about to happen. The hygienist & drs were very professional as well they explained was they were doing step by step so that I had no anxiety about the procedures that I was about to have done. The hygienist is so gentle I will definitely be a lot less stressed about my next cleaning. I would recommend this dental office to anyone who has or needs a good dentist. they are both young enough to around for a long time so I will not be looking for a new dentist anytime soon. When I was there, a young child was there for a cleaning and I never heard the child even whimper, I even think he had to have some fillings done. Most dental offices dont see young kids unless they are pediatric dentists. BEST DENTAL EXPERINCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

I have visited this office for routine check-up, a cleaning, and 2 root canals in the last month and I really enjoyed my visits. The staff is amazing and I felt extremely cared for by everyone in the office. I recently left my previous dental provider due to it being too commercialized. When I first read some of these reviews for Westpark Dental Care I wasnt too sure about it, but since some of the things people were complaining about were dental basics, I decided to give it a shot. SO GLAD THAT I DID!!! Dont walk away feeling frustrated and disappointed, Talk to them :-) , they will listen to you.

Had a great dentist appointment at Westpark Dental Care this morning. The staff are friendly and take the time to explain all of your options upon arrival and leaving. I wanted to send a special thank you to Candice who cleaned my teeth, probably the best teeth cleaning ever. Not too rough at all. Dr. Flesher is a great guy and definitely isnt all about fillings unless you need them, which is a huge plus. They truly care about each patient. Thank you again for the fantastic service today guys. See you in a few weeks for the fillings.

This office is amazing the staff is professional and very polite. The new x ray machine is very convenient no more biting down. Everything is digital and a lot faster. So many changes have been made since it became privately owned and the Dr.s are truly concerned with my dental care. I would highly recommend this office to everyone I know. Very grateful at most to Dr. Joshua Foreman and Dr. Nguyen aswell as to all the staff.

Whoever took this practice over isnt a bad dentist per say and the staff are friendly but holy cow this place is not one Id recommend.... appointments are only available Thursday and Friday which is inconvenient at times. Like the dentist and staff theyre friendly just wish they had better hours and maybe a little more organized with front office stuff.
