The nurse practitioner there is an idiot and I want to know where she got her degree. She took a few of my vitals and a quick look around my face/mouth (had facial swelling on one side) and quickly diagnosed me with MUMPS. A disease that I got a shot for over a decade ago. NOT ONLY THAT, but then she proceeded to GOOGLE mumps and how to treat it IN FRONT OF ME. I was floored, this woman should never have to go to the internet to figure out whats wrong with me. Of course theres no treatment for mumps, its a virus. But she had to look it up. Then she spent over 15 minutes typing up my records ohhh soooo slowly. She refused to give me antibiotics when I asked for them because I KNEW I had some sort of infection. "We follow best practices, we cant give you medication just yet." Whatever the hell that means. Do yourself a favor and skip their clinic, their practitioner is a joke. Im going to try to get my $80 back since she did nothing for me and gave me nothing.

I have had a sinus issue and wanted to see the doctor. I called to get information on services or get an appointment since my primary doctors office is closed this week for vacation. I was transferred to the Healthcare Clinic and since it was hard to hear what the girl/lady said as she answered, I asked if this was the Healthcare Clinic and her response was "whats up"! (no hello how may I help you or yes you have the right number). I said excuse me did I just hear you correctly ask me "whats up" obviously she has not been taught phone professionalism. I kindly told her I was no longer interested in coming to the clinic. I would go next door to MedExpress. Walgreens if this is the kind of staff you hire to work in the clinics, you might want to have them go through a training process.

Take Care Clinic has SERIOUS issues. Came here instead of to MedExpress next door because it was nearly $30 cheaper for a vaccine booster. Was told to come back 2+ hours later because of high volume. As we were going to leave and come back, they told us theyd fit us inbetween two physicals. TWO HOURS LATER, we missed two other appointments we were hoping to get to.
