Got hurt on the job and had to go. Waited over an hour with my child only to be told when I got back there that they werent going to see me because of my child - and no one said a thing during our over an hour wait. I know they have let others take their children back there and it was ok - the office manager acknowledged this fact - but for some reason my child (and yes she is well behaved) or I was not ok. When I asked this office manager why, she got really snippy with me said "fine, I guess Ill stay late and watch your child (only 4:30)" as she closed the door with quite a bit of force. Not only did she not stay late or help me move through the process, their doctor tried telling me how this was law - so they only break the law for certain patients? Rather than finding the root cause of the pain, and get me back to myself, she tried to pacify me with drugs and are making me go back again tomorrow - to waste MORE of my time. Go elsewhere if possible!

The only reason for me to go here was for a pre-employment drug screening. Basically watch my sample and make sure it is not tampered with, get blood pressure etc... I made an appointment at the employer pre-approved location in Tampa on US 301. Arrived before my appointment time, handed the front office staff the sealed envelope containing instructions and was then told that the employer information was wrong, and they didnt know how to charge for the visit. After many phone calls, and lots of discussion, the front desk personnel finally decided my employer knew what they wanted and succumbed to their written request. Not before having a smart attitude and rolling their eyes at me. Will never go here again for any reason!.

This place is a joke. We have been here for over an hour and we told them that my husband had to use the restroom (he was making sure he drank enough so he could go). We ask 40 minutes later if he can just go back and do the drug screen part of it and were told it would be another 15 minutes or so. Obviously this lady has never had to pee really bad before. This place is slow and the people stink. If it wasnt for his job making him do a yearly physical we would have already left. Dont waste your time, this place is a joke!!!!!!

At first I wasnt too sure about having to come here for my drug test for a job due to the reviews. I prepared for a long wait by bringing crackers and just sipping on my water so I didnt have to sit there with a full bladder. However, I had a pleasant experience. I went on a Thursday morning and encountered helpful staff. The nurse that helped me was nice and I was in and out within 40 minutes with no appointment. The reviews are probably so bad because unfortunately people only complete reviews when they arent satisfied.

Ill never come here again. Only reason I did come, I didnt look at the reviews and Im really sick. My appointment was at 11, I came at 10:50 cause I knew I need to do paperwork. I waited until 12 to finally ask when I was going to be seen. Waited over an hr to be brought back to a room where a idk "nurse" did the normal blood pressure and temp. I told the doc I thought it was strep or something like that... he just looked at my ears and throat and said I need some pills and rest.... really.......

They are bad with patient education. They did not tell me everything i needed to know. I had to pay out more money. And also get a needle stick all over again. And as a patient i was not happy. I work at an ambulatory Sergury center. And i always educate my patients. Never leave information out. Because in return the patient suffers. I will be telling all students from Erwin tech collage do not go to them. They are clueless

This was one of the approved locations for a military periodic health assessment. Over an hour wait just in the waiting room alone. They also managed to mess up the paperwork requiring me to re-do the physical 2 additional times. The place is dirty and the rude office staff are questionable in regards to safety of your personal information. The nurses were nice though

Takes for ever to be attended and its not the first time this happened once they had me sit in a room for 3 hours and forgot that I was there and when you make an appointment to arrive at a specific time they attended you hours later not good at all although front desk are great to work with and staff are not bad they need to work on time frame

There was an extremely long wait. There are tons of people who where working but it seems like everything took a very long time. I also heard HIPPA violations. There was much discussion about patients and the full name was stated. Please, please, please find a way to be more efficient.

The people at the front desk are clueless. They are so slow. I asked to talk to someone in charge and they could get there lazy butts up to get the person. This place is a joke. Look else where for anything you need done.

Waited in the waiting room for over 2 hours, been here a few times before but never waited this long EVER. I only came here because I was hurt at work and my employer sends us here. I will NOT be coming back.
