Experience is poor. I was told a few years ago by NP Stacy Baumgartner that 90% of visits are Viral and antibiotics will not be prescribed. No testing whatsoever, just a pre biased clinic position. Translation: 9 times out of 10 for express symptoms nothing will be prescribed and no clinical tests will be performed to support a this medical diagnosis. Fast forward to now, brought my daughter in on a weekend home from college, she was told that although there was never a "fever" the NP stated that she believed it was viral because "thats how it starts with a bacterial infection." Seriously! If she had stated it started with a "fever" of course it would have been viral. No Testing, blood work or cultures to guess at this diagnosis. Took my daughter to a college campus doctor and she was treated with antibiotics - cured - but two weeks more of misery, a wasted trip and money at the Clinic. I had a colleague at my office share the same experience last week. She visited her Doctor less than 5 days later and was treated for a severe ear infection with Antibiotics. Dont waste your time and money visiting this express clinic. If you have a fever, its viral, if you dont its still viral "because it ha to start with one." What an ignorant statement from a medical "professional." Great Money Maker for the Cleveland Clinic

Scheduled with 3 different departments. Two out of three were horrible. Seems like they send the leftover docs here because my experiences with CC in Cleveland were wonderful. Shame.
