I have been with JSA Bloomingdale for many years, My nurse practitioner was Trice Lininger who has since retired. She was very thorough with all her examinations and care. My new Nurse Practitioner is Heather Leto. At first I was not sure about the change! However, after my first visit with her I think she is absolutely wonderful! I actually owe my life to her, literally! I cannot thank her enough for insisting that I see a Cardiologist and have tests done. She is wonderful! Give her a chance to get to know you. After all, she is taking on a handful of patients all at once! To R Peterson - I am a regular patient just like you! You have some nerve calling me a shill for JSA - You need to edit your review or I will contact my attorney and slap you with a libel suit!

The previous reviewer (Gerald) seems to be a shill for the clinic- Heather Leto Nurse Practitioner needs to check her ego at the door, she comes across as a know- it- all and is one of those mind readers that interrupt you when your trying to talk. God gave us 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason. I believe it is to listen twice as much as you talk. Humble works better with people. I thinks she actually thinks shes a Dr. maybe she will mature and calm down. I think its a nursing degree + 2 years. But worse yet is the insufferable mindless drones that work in the clinic that have little or no common sense. But what do you expect for a low end insurance mill. Still waiting for Geralds Attorney to come after me for telling the truth.

My first appt with JSA Bloomingdale and it was horrible. The general staff was nice but DR Farmer is a monster. He got frustrated when I couldnt remember lab results from years back and he stood up and walk out of the appt. I didnt even finish going over my medicines. I apologized if I didnt answer his question the way he expected but his mind was made up and he refused to return to the conversation. I cant remember if my Tryglicerides were high five-six years ago.. He said How dare I question his knowledge and hes been a doctor over 30 yrs Like What? Man I dont get him at all..

Ive enjoyed my care provided by the former nurse practitioner for several years. She has since retired this year, leaving me in the care of ms. Heather Leto. Nothing has been more frustrating! It seems she cannot remember one conversation to the next. Unfortunately it seems that I will have to find a new healthcare professional. Its sad to have formed a long term relationship with a drs office and to have that ruined by one persons incompetence.
