Horrible horribe horrible one of the worst OBGYN offices Ive ever been too. I was diagnosed with endometriosis with another ob and wasnt that satisfied with so I decided to make an Appt. With dr.bui and I went in waiting for about a good hr they did ultrasound and took me back to the office I did not see dr.bui. I saw dr. Perison she seemed so uptight and had her head resting on her hand the whole time I was speaking to her like looking like she really didnt care much for what I was saying. I came in for left side pain and she says she sees a 2cm cyst on my ovary that she really in her words not that worried about and did not treat me with anything only pain meds. About a week later I went to the er because of a severe left side pelvic pain and diagnosed me with ovarian torsion and the cyst was the size of a babys head and had emergency surgery. Im not sure if the cyst grew over night or if thats even possible but she misdiagnosed me I couldve lost my life from a fallopian tube rupture and I call her office and they said dr.perison cant do nything about it to go ahead and do the surgery I will never come again to her office ever again the first and the last time!!!!!!

Wouldnt give any of these doctors a single star except it wouldnt let me post my experience. Ive had this place deliver two of my children and BOTH experiences were a train wreck! for starters I never saw the same doctor they bounced me between Bui, Mouluku, Piercen and Brown, and even there "nurses". Mouluku tried her best to have her nurse assistant do a procedure on me and became angry with me when I told her I only wanted someone who held some sort of doctors degree doing procedures on me. They treat you like trash here and I continued to put up with all of that then it came time for birth. I went into labor at 3pm. Called the doctor immediately and notified her. I arrived at the hospital at 4pm had my baby at 9:32pm at Cyfair hospital NO DOCTOR WAS PRESENT TO CATCH MY CHILD! I HAD HIM ON THE BED ALONE WITH ONLY A NURSE IN THE ROOM! (SHE WAS OF NO HELP HERSELF) If thats not bad enough it gets worse! Dr. Moulukou billed my insurance and lied saying she was present for the birth!!!!! I would never again trust any of these women with the birth of my precious child.

Nurses will attempt to perform tests without asking. I love Dr. Brown! She is a great OB to see. I typically go to the Barker Cypress location, however, 3 days after giving birth I thought that I had popped one of my stitches and called her to schedule something ASAP. She agreed to see me the very next day but at this location to check on me. After the check up she said I was good to go. A nurse then came in asking questions about my insurance and started setting up a pap smear test - that they NEVER even mentioned or spoke of to me. Again, I had given birth 3 days ago and had multiple stitches. I walked out of my own accord since my doctor had cleared me to leave. The nurse stops me, my husband, and sleeping 3 day old baby to insist I get the pap smear. I nicely declined stating that I was recovering from birth. She then involved another nurse to coerce me. I may not be a doctor, but a pap smear during that time frame does not seem logical. I would beware of this location and book at the Barker Cypress location instead.

If I could seriously give 0 stars I would, I was GBS+ and come the day of my delivery, we were only in the hospital 2 hrs when Dr Bui (WITHOUT OUR CONSENT) broke my water! My baby was exposed for 13.5 hrs before finally I couldnt stand the pain and my husband told them to perform a c-section! When she broke my water, the nurse told her She s GBS+ Dr Bui turned around to all of us and made a surpised look and all she said was Ohhhh. Later on after the whole fiasco, she comes into the room and says See if we woudl have used Pitocin, this wouldnt have happened . We told her we never consented to her breaking my water anyhow, she replies, I thought when I was explaining it to y all and you were nodding your heads that that was a yes. We were nodding while taking in the information! And even if that were the case you have to ask consent! It has to verbally stated! My baby ended up in observation in NICU and the hospital experience was terrible! Never going back to this Dr! Now im stuck with a ridiculous bill too

I recently started seeing Dr. Bui at her new office in Cypress, Hwy 290 and Muschke Rd. My regular gyno didnt have any appointments and they were able to get me in right away with Dr. Bui. All of her staff have been VERY nice and helpful. Dr. Bui is very kind, easy to talk to, patient, took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I cannot speak for her other location, but it seems to me many of these negative comments about her staff, are probably from her original location, not the new one in Cypress because I have been several times in the past month and never experienced this. She is only at the Cypress location on Mondays, that is the only negative for me!

Unfortunately, I did not choose to have my prenatal care here after all. There were multiple reasons why I made this decision. 1. Further from where I live. 2. Nurses asking the same questions (bad experience) 3. Didnt fill my prescription when I was told. I have went here for regular women check ups and it was always fast and easy but since getting pregnant, maybe Im being hormonal but I choose to go with a different doctor. BTW! Tracy is a doll, she works with the insurance information and booking appointments, faxing information..etc. She is so helpful and professional. Dr. Bui is so lucky to have Tracy on her staff! I wish this Office good luck!

at first the office looks really nice and you would think the service is good ! smh. the wait is the worst Ive ever seen !!! I had Dr brown take care of me most of my visits and was my doctor when I gave birth. I gave birth at cypress Fairbanks hospital and I wont ever sign up for that hospital again!!!! nurses werent really help I had a C-section my husband had to work so I stayed alone when I called the nurses to help me they made It seem like I could do It by my self and just ignored me!!! if you need advice I dont recommend this obgyn I mean Dr brown was awesome but I wouldnt go back at all next baby I will defiantly choose somewhere else !!!

This place is the worse! I will never ever come here again. I asked for an appointment with dr Bui when I got there no one told me I wasnt going to see dr Bui until I was waiting for 10 minutes in her office. No one greets you when you walk in, they will never call me to confirm my appointments, and when they wanted to call me to let me know about the charge or for whatever reason my perinatal insurance will not cover my visit they will always call me 5 minutes before they close the office. Never ever going there and I will let all my friends and family members know not to go to that office. They dont care about you at all.
