I wish I could give them zero stars!! Dr. Chong including her front desk staff and nurses are extremely rude. Most of the times, no one answers the phone at the front desk. No one calls back on the test results or voice mails. 4 to 5 weeks wait to get an appointment. Few months back I went to her as a new patient. She rushed me during my appointment, leaving many things unclear. Although she had a good knowledge in whatever she was discussing, but I didnt like her rude attitude. I was very uncomfortable and felt like my questions were constantly neglected by her. I stopped seeing her and switched to another OB/GYN only wondering that her discomforting and rude attitude wont help me deliver my baby in the future. A pregnant woman needs an emotional support with a comforting smile on a face of her doctor and someone she can count on! I am so glad I made a decision and stopped seeing her!

I would rate Dr. Chong 5 stars, but the front desk staff is impolite and indifferent. I wish they would get someone better to manage the office. Also, I had to wait a long time (3 weeks) before I got to see the doctor. I wish they would understand how important an OBGYN appointment is to some one who needs it THEN and not after a month. After the first visit, I had to call 3 times, before my call was returned. Once I met the doctor, it was all good. The nurses were great as well. I am going to continue seeing Dr. Chong because she is awesome but the office management is really poor.

I had such an amazing experience here! I felt so comfortable to speak to Dr. Chong and her staff. They were very quick to bring me back and have me ready to see her. Dr. Chong really took her time to listen to all my concerns, and was such a pleasure to speak to. She was so through with my exam and was even concerned about preventative measures given a strong family history of cancer. I can not express my gratitude enough, to such a hard working doctor and her staff. I will definitely have her be my OB when the time comes. Thank you Dr. Chong! You and your staff rock!

Very poor service. I made my first appointment in December and got visit date after 4 weeks. One day before my period came so I called them to postpone my visit. I got a new term for next 4 week so I said that for 4 weeks probably I will have my period too. They offer me to come in March. Waiting to see the doctor from December to March - no comment. Im not going risk any more and wait few weeks to see the doctor especially when my period is not regular. The lady who was talking by phone with me was very unfriendly and impolite. I need to call someone else.

Dr. Chong is an amazing doctor and an even more amazing human being. She is amazing at her job and makes you feel totally comfortable right from the beginning. She is by far the best doctor I have ever seen, and after my last appointment with her I have to say I really miss going to visit! The whole environment there is so welcoming and pleasant. Her staff is so nice and always greets you with a smile and they always remember you! Overall Ive had a great experience with Dr. Chong and she will definitely stay my go-to doctor and OB/GYN.

Dr. Chong has been nothing short of a miracle! She was my doctor throughout my entire pregnancy and when it came time to deliver she was an angel! She made sure all of my requests were met and also made a lot of last minute decisions that could of been life or death for my daughter, and for that I am forever in her debts! I would most definitely recommend her! Her staff is also amazing! They know us by name when we come in (including my newborn daughter) and are always social and ask about things that are going on with our lives!

I moved to Texas in December and started to see Dr. Chong in January when I was 3.5 months pregnant. I found out I was having twins and had to be referred to the Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic as well for high risk pregnancy. She has been great and takes her time to answer all my questions and explain all procedures and results. The nurses and staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease. She will be performing my c-section this Friday. I will post another review after surgery and follow up.

She was the rudest doctor that Ive ever been to. She couldnt provide any help or advice with my situation and was quick to jump to conclusion. She spoke super fast that you couldnt have a chance to process what she was saying. And she made me feel really rushed and uncomfortable. All she did was ask me questions while she filled out some questionnaire on her computer, instead of letting me explain my situation and my medical history. She is very rude and arrogant. I would NOT recommend her to anyone.

I went in for my yearly and birth control prescription. I absolutely love Dr. Michelle Chong. She was very thorough and actually spent time talking to me about my health and lifestyle. She answered every question I had and my concerns about me. Her assistant (I think) was very sweet. I had to wait a bit for the phlebotomist to draw my blood. She was very apologetic about it and kept me updated. Overall very pleased with my visit and glad that I finally found an office that I like.

The five stars are for Dr. Chong, she is extremely nice. If it wasnt for her,I wouldnt be going back because the front desk staff is kind of rude. I understand theres only one doctor and many patients so it takes a while to be able to get an appointment, but when I have an appointment at 8.30am I at least expect the clinic to be open on time:/ But obviously its the doctor that matters most, not the front desk girl so I would definitely recommend Dr. Chong to everyone!!

I love dr.chong!! Every visit was relaxing and she always took her time to answer all my questions, her staff was amazing and always greeted me with enthusiasm when i came in. The waits were never more than 20-30 minutes, and i always left feeling great and positive! She dilivered my baby boy with no struggle and made it as relaxing and smooth as she could. I love her humor and how personable she is. It makes me so sad that she is leaving practice ☹️

I have always found Dr. Chong and her staff to be very helpful and sensitive to my needs. If she is running late (as busy surgeons may from time to time) the staff will let know. Ive never had to call for test results and by using the patient portal, I can communicate with the doctor and her staff easily and have concerns or questions addressed promptly. There is no hesitation in recommending her to my friends.

They never even bothered to call me back about my blood, urine, and ultrasound results. I had to continuously nag at them to make sure that they read the reports and do something about it. When they finally had all the results in they wanted me to make an appointment to discuss. This whole process took over a month. I do not recommend going here unless you want to wait forever to know what is wrong with you.
