worse experience ever. 1st time I had to wait more than 3 hrs, I left the office after 6:30 and yet a worthless visit. she asked for my record and told me dont worry Ill take care of you and asked for a blood test. I came the next day for the test with 2 other patients with the exact same appointment. unprofessional staff and rude. I called they said I have to come to talk to her and cant discuss anything over the phone. anyway I went and this time I was lucky or thats what I thought I had to wait only 2 hrs. After going in checking my blood pressure guess what the Dr is not there and after all the wait they rudely told me you need to see the nurse instead or wait until she shows up. I said Ill wait. she came with absolutely no knowledge about my case and guess what happen this time her staff didnt get my previous record and they told her infront of me we contacted her previous dr and never released the record to us. sure enough I called my other Dr asking why they didnt release my record they told me they never heard anything from them so I called her office and her rude manager told me maybe we had the wrong fax number. then I asked why did u bring me yesterday if you didnt have my records she then started screaming at my face that its my fault. so I called her office again to take an appointment and she was out for a while so then I called maybe after one and 1/2 month and her rude manager was asking me why you didnt call in 2 weeks as the Dr said so I told her I did and she was out for vacation. next she called me saying the Dr is sorry and I have to find someone else. Do u think its over I guess not they kept sending me wrong bills and I payed all of them even though I did pay at the visit so it took them from February to July to issue the refund for me and after checking and asking why this happened to me they said that her rude office manager never ever signed my refund. do your self a favor and dont go to this dr.

I am a past patient. 2011 I had a miscarriage. Ok. Not her fault. But I didnt get any answers or a follow up. Also two days before my miscarriage I insisted on an appointment, but was told I had to wait 2 days. I ended up waiting 3 hours before they realized I hadnt been seen yet. Long story short: no heartbeat was found. Fast forward to 2015. I go back for my second pregnancy because I thought it would just be easier to go back to the same doctor. I think everything is going great until one night I go into labor at 22 weeks. Even the staff at CyFair hospital is rude. For a doctor who supposedly doesnt take vacations and lives not too far, I didnt see her until 2 weeks later for what was supposed to be a follow up. A few months later I go back to her as I found out I was pregnant again. It was just temporary until I could be seen by a high risk doctor. Every time I called the office with a concern I got voicemail. I was supposed to have Makeena shots started by 16 weeks, and was given suppositories in the meantime. Well it wasnt until 19 weeks that they finally ordered them, and at 20 weeks I lost my 3rd pregnancy. It seems like no one on staff is ever available or knows what they are doing. Wait times are at least 1.5-2 hours to be seen. The doctor comes in, asks quick questions, and leaves. The ultrasound technician seems like shes always bored. Front desk reception gets an attitude if you ask how much longer the wait is. Overall terrible experience. Its 2017 and Im still getting old bills from them, but it seems like every time I call to get it resolved no one is available to answer the phone or return voicemails. I am currently pregnant at 25 weeks. Everything has been great since I switched to Texas Childrens.

Worthless I want to say that I am a high risk pregnant woman with cervical cancer. I was told that I couldnt be seen by the doctor till I was 8-10 weeks. So I said "Well at this point Im now worried about my cervical cancer." The then continued to tell me that I will not be able to be seen by Dr. Smith-Sham due to the fact I am high risk. So I proceed to tell them all I want was a second opinion on the cervical cancer and a culture and some prenatal vitamins. Once again I was pushed away by the staff. I dont understand what was so hard to take me in the back get samples and have them test a paying customer concerned about their health and they just push you away. Maybe if this wasnt my 5th kid and I didnt have cervical cancer I would be a little more understanding but at this point mine and the babys health were important. So finally after putting up a fuss she calls the doctor and tells her I dont have insurance but instead of listening to half of what I told her she would of heard I had insurance just didnt have the physical card. I find the staff here very rude and disrespectful. I work in customer service and know that this is the worse service I have ever seen!!! P.S. Also just got a phone call saying they are going to have to reschedule my appointment a day before not advance notice. Nothing against the other patients if any have gone in labor but would like to know a couple days in advance and not right before their closing time so I can call back and find out why!

Dr Smith Sham is the doctor you need if youre looking for someone who truly cares. She has a ton of patients which is a reflection of her professionalism and service. I had two at risk pregnancies and she delievered both of my babies 14 months apart. The first time I met Dr Smith Sham I had a horrible experience with a previous OBGYN I came to her while I was 24 weeks pregnant where most doctors turned me away she did not. I was blessed because she also made an exception and for the first time delivered my baby boy at Willowbrook Methodist upon my request. She stayed the night and even prayed with me and my family. She knew I only want her to deliver my baby and she made sure that happen. So of course when I found out 5 month after his birth that my husband and I were expecting again, there was NO OTHER doctor I would rather see than Dr Smith Sham. And again with another high risk pregnancy I was in great hands. I love Dora shes better than amazing the staff is very friendly and loving just like Dr Smith Sham. I will continue to refer and recommend her to others as I would also have conversations in her office with others and I was not the only one willing to wait for her because they too had extraordinary experiences with her. I remembered being flat out afraid, she took my hands and prayed with me...not too many doctors around like her any more. NO Im NOT having any more babies but I refuse to see any other Gynecologist!
