Every time I try to schedule my sons wellness appointment I get told something different. This time I called a month in advance, was told I had to call 2 weeks in advance. Wait 2 weeks and call for 2 days straight several times at different times to be left waiting for someone to answer for at least 10 minutes. Finally get an answer the third day to be told to call back on Friday at 7:30 am to make the appointment (mind you, its 9:50 am Wednesday). Their scheduling system is the worst Ive ever experienced! I really like Dr. Reinoso and would love to keep her as my sons primary but I shouldnt have to fight to get my son in to see her every time!

Doctors are never in for months at a time, same day sick appointments are 2 weeks out... They like to tell you how long you can wait for things over the phone without seeing you, no one is helpful at all. My advice is STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! We hate Pecar.
