Made appointment for 1 pm for a 15 minute physical. Got there at 12:45 set till 1:30 WITH NO ONE ELSE IN WAITING ROOM, and recp tells me that he just left for lunch and it will be another hour. Very bad business in my eyes. Im self emplyoeed and there are days i get no lunch to accomodate customers. KEEP IN MIND I HAD APPOINTMENT

I love it here. They always get us in and out with in and hour. They go the extra mile with my kids when I cant get them in with their primary care. Its a nice facility and so is the staff.

Terrible experience waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. Staff is not friendley and 2 hours into a physical and still not complete. This is the nashville rd location.
