Great staff! Horrible NP! i loved the friendly staff, they were so kind, and the nurse that triage me was a very sweet christian woman. she had religious decor all over her little office space and was proud of it too! I loved the fact she was able to express her love for the lord through her work and to her patients. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the NP. He was very rude to me and i only saw him 2 times. once when he came to tell me a Belmont graduate student was going to come to do my evaluation (which I didnt mind I like to help the students practice and she was very nice but he didnt stay in the room like i have experienced in most other cases) and the other was when he came and basically lectured me like i was a child for not having gotten a pap smear in a long time. Didnt ask why or anything but just lectured me on the importance and explained what it was. I am woman i think i know what it is smart guy!!! then he asked if i wanted him to do one there, in a irritated tone i will add, and I am thinking uhh, heck no i do not want you touching me. So i politely asked to be referred to a local gynecologist and he acted like I insulted him. I may just be taking sensitively but it seemed like he had no bedside manner. he had the "i have been doing this for so on years and have seen everything in the book, so i am gonna be a butt to you because all my patience is gone." Anyway it gets three stars for the nice staff.

Staff is great and super friendly. The NP could use a few lessons on bedside manner and making patients feel comfortable. I always feel like he has better things to be doing than dealing with patients.
