I want to say how absolutely wonderful all the dentists and staff are at Perfecta Smile. Ive had some "not very good" experiences with other dentists and even oral surgeons and it left me very anxious about additional dental work. Dr. Ellen and Dr. Ryan were terrific and were very careful to take the time to explain every aspect of the dental work they recommended, and why. They kept me informed all along the way as they performed the dental work on me. Dr. Ellen put me at ease with her exam and all the work she did. She takes a real holistic dentistry approach to her practice. She told me how much she enjoys all her patients and loves working with kids as well as adults. Dr. Ryan completed my dental surgery, dental implant, and other work and treated me so great. Both were painless with their care and they were so gentle. They offered different choices for pain medication, including nitrous oxide, and were very careful in administering it. On another visit Dr. Ryan completed a single visit crown... I didnt even know that was possible. The office is beautiful and immaculate. Every effort was taken...by everyone, even the office staff, to make sure my visit was comfortable and relaxed. They had headphones for me and a wide selection of music for me to choose. Words cant thank them enough. Their practice isnt just a business to them, they really really care about their patients and it shows. I highly recommend both Dr. Ellen Saslaw and Dr. Ryan Slaten to anyone seeking high quality, gentle dental care.

Perfect A Smile Dental Group has it ALL- General Dentistry, Dental Implants, Orthodontist, Whitening, Veneers, Sleeping Appliances, even Botox! There is so much talent in this office with 4 Doctors- Dr. Richard Slaten, Dr. Kim Fury, Dr. Ellen Saslaw, and Dr. Ryan Slaten. The Office, Staff, Doctors, Treatment Options are provided with the perfection that most Dental Practices can not offer under one roof. I moved near Chagrin Falls, Ohio recently and did a great deal of research to explore who is really good at Dental Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry. Once I met the team at Perfect A Smile Dental Group I understood what makes them unique. Dr. Ryan Slaten is something special. He would be best Described as an Implantologist; a Dentist who can surgically place the Dental Implant right where it needs to be, but at the same time think about the Dental Implant Crown Portion and where it needs to be positioned for Perfection and an Optimal Natural Looking Outcome that I hoped to Achieve. The passion for Dentistry is there and when you speak to him you genuinely feel that he wants to help and do what is exactly needed to be done. If you read this, and you are on the fence....Give them a call. And if you have a Great Feeling about the Office and the Staff and how you were treated both as a patient and a person. My entire family and many of my friends have gone to this dental office for years and years. We had received nothing but top-notch dental care since the first day I went there. I honestly do not know a single person who has ever left. Dr. Kim Fury-Slaten and Dr. Richard Slaten have earned an excellent reputation over many decades in the community for gentle dental work and beautiful results. They have always worked with me to make comfortable financial arrangements, especially when I was in college and through the tough times just out of school. They are constantly updating their dental office to offer new technology and services. I just had Zoom whitening done last year after trying all kinds of other whitening products. All I can say is that I should have had it done sooner! It only took one hour and my teeth got so much whiter! My teeth still look as white as the day I whitened. A few friends got veneers done here - they look fantastic! My buddys GF and his mom got Botox here. I was always very skeptical of Botox, but it really does make their skin look younger. Several people have told me that they have had completely painless root canals here. Luckily I never had one so I wouldnt know :) I dont usually leave reviews, but this office deserves some recognition. Thank you for everything Perfect-A-Smile!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim Furys and Drs. Richard and now Ryan Slaten for 30 years. The dental care they provide truly goes to infinity and beyond. I used to feel so nervous before going to the dentist because my trust was broken with my previous dentist. About 7 years ago Dr. Fury told me that one of her patients loved to come in because it was like a mini-vacation. So the next time I had to have extensive dental work done (about 6 hours in the chair) I traveled from my home in Florida to their office and had my own mini-vacation in Ohio. I feel like I can really let get go and relax because I trust everyone at Perfect-a-Smile. The office provides an assortment of accommodations like ... a neck pillow, blanket, chair massager/heater, flat-screen tvs, headphones and awesome music and nitrous oxide. Even though I live in Florida, with the exception of dental cleanings, I come to up to see them in Ohio for all of my dental work. I have had root canals done, molars taken out, same-day crowns done, and now Im having multiple implants put in and I just had a "snap on smile" put in 3 days ago and i LOOOVE it! Every penny that I spend at this place is worth it (and they even have a financing plan) because it is TRULY the best dental experience Ive ever had. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I had several cosmetic dentistry procedures performed at this office almost a decade ago. Utilizing their CEREC cutting edge technology, they were able to fix my chipped teeth with porcelain crowns and dental veneers in a single visit. These dental restorations are still intact today. Recently having the need for a dental implant, their was no hesitation in selecting the dentists to do this complex operation. Dr Ryan Slaten performed the dental implant and oral sedation. Dr Kim Slaten had been responsible for the ceramic CEREC crowns years ago. Both of these procedures require a high degree of expertise not always offered at a dental office. Excellent dentistry also requires sophisticated, state of the art dental technology. Crowning teeth and putting in dental implants are major procedures. They could potentially be very traumatic not only in their anticipation, but during the operation. I can attest, with total candor, my experience was without pain. Through their professionalism and their understanding of patients concerns, through the utilization of every available means (nitrous, lidocane, oral sedation, etc) this dental office offers painless dentistry even in the most complex dental procedures.

Great Experience every time! My parents drive from Sandusky and my sister and I drive from Columbus to get our dental treatment done here, and it is completely worth it! I had lived in San Diego for the past five years and this office is the only one I have been to in Cleveland that compares to (or even exceeds) the level of dental care in California, at a much cheaper price, of course. I had Zoom one-hour whitening done here with fantastic results. I considered doing veneers or even Lumineers before whitening, but I am so happy with the whitening results I don’t think I need the veneers. Ive also had a chipped tooth that was taking care of and Ive had zero issues since. I look forward to my dental visits because it is such a comfortable experience every time. They have massage chairs, nitrous sedation, noise cancelling headphones, and other ways to make the dental treatment very comfortable. The shots that they give have always been painless. My mom got a dental implant and crown done here and she said it didnt hurt at all. They do a free laser (or some kind of light?) oral cancer screening here once a year for every patient. Very professional and friendly staff, and fantastic facility!
