Have a soft lined bottom denture and occasionally it develops a crack, I go to my denturist in Canada and he fixes it for $40.00 CDN. Here at Aspen dental you charged me $136.00 The work provided was sufficient, however, I developed a sore spot and called and asked if I could come back to see the dentist quickly and said I know it would only take a couple of minutes to rectify. Your receptionist informed me that she could not fit me in as they were fully booked. I stressed that the pain was such that I was unable to eat. Well, she said, I will check with my manager and call you right back. This call took place on Nov. 21st, 2016. After over an hour she called back and said the earliest I could get in was Dec. 13th. So. so. very unacceptable. To say that I was disappointed and upset would be am understatement. Cannot believe a company, with such a wide spread following in so many states can behave in such a manner. Shame on you, you were quick to get me in when I called with my problem but extremely lax and uncaring when I needed some help because of your treatment. I am forced to go elsewhere to get service, which I did, and the denturist that I saw took me quickly and charged less than half the price you charged. As a Canadian, Aspen Dental has left a very bad taste in my mouth and would NEVER recommend you to anyone.

Save yourself time and heartaches and find a nice family dentist who cares more about you and not his pocketbook.I wish I could give no stars. As I filled out paperwork, a kid played on the computer and the clerks turned away an elderly man who was having trouble getting his bottom dentures in. I offered up my appointment so the man could get some relief and they said I couldn;t do it. They gave the poor man an appointment for 11 days later. Sad, Then I had the worst dental experience of my life. And walked away with nothing but personal embarrassment. I had hoped to get a basic cleaning (as covered for free with my insurance) instead they wanted to charge me $400 plus for gum therapy with my insurance covering the majority of the $1200 suggested retail price. My gums are not going to improve because I sleep with a Cpapl I am a mouth breather and I take medication that causes dry mouth. My former dentist in Naples Dr. Laura Van Varick, understood this and was great at treating me with gentile care. The dentist at Aspen even suggested I should go to a small time dentist. I guess he was too big time for me. So save your time, find another dentist, and dont go to Aspen Dental in Sebring..Sadly the experience was noting but a pain in the Aspen

The experience was not what I expected. The woman taking my x rays was not patient due to when trying to take x rays, I had a hyperactive gag reflex and I could not get specific x rays of the roots of my teeth. I asked for someone else with more patience. So she brought in the dental hygienist.The dental hygienist was very friendly and welcoming and was able to get some of the x rays completed. The main issue I had was the dental hygienist left my procedure twice to help another patient. She was very friendly though so I just waited and didnt complain. But they really should have more than 1 hygienist so that patients are not interrupted during their appointment. I feel if I have an appointment, then the professional should not leave the room multiple times to assist another patient because Im paying my money in exchange for a service. Not only that how would they feel if I left and said I have to get my money. I will be back to pay you later? I mean its just poor customer service. Also , the dentist could be friendlier. But overall the welcoming personality of the hygienist made the experience at least tolerable.

Went in for an emergency tooth situation while on vacation in Florida. The dentist really did not do anything except give me amoxicillin and Ibuprofen , The problem was that every time i ate, food was getting into the infected tooth, and i was in intense pain. Ibuprofen 800 mg was making me sick. I needed something stronger, but since i was transiting through visiting my family there, I felt kind of pushed out the door since I needed a root canal, but I had to go back home the following week, so they could not schedule it in time. The hygienist was good...the dentist said to me that she wished I would have come in sooner, but she didnt give me a chance to say that I landed from Europe and called the same day I arrived. Aspen Dental is the one who scheduled my appointment like 10 days later. so Its your fault. I wouldnt go here if you are in any type of bad pain.....Also they will ask you for your social security number and birthday..... dont know if that is normal or not....but it seems this had an overall effect with the outcome of my appointment.

After scheduling an appointment for a wisdom tooth to be extracted two months in advance the office staff waited until the day before my appointment to let me know that all of a sudden I wasnt able to have tooth extracted with just using a pill instead of iv sedation(which by the way was THEIR idea to begin with!). For me to keep my appointment I would need to pay another $215.00 after I already paid $427.00 to have everything taken care of. I was on the phone several times with this office over 2 months and not once was I EVER given any kind of idea that I wouldt be able to use the pill, i was assured everything was fine! This is the most unorganized office with the rudest staff. I got no sympathy because I dont have the extra money to spend after having this set up for months. So please beware when going in this office! I asked to speak to the office manager and when he finally called me back I got hung up on and no one ever called me back!!!!!

Me and my family have been thru 4 dentist in the last year. All of them trying to give us high dollar tooth treatment that was not necessary. You know the old routine, lets charge the insurance for as much as we can get!!! Finally we gave Aspen Dental a shot. All four of us went to them and were treated like family. They had no high dollar tactics. 2 needed some basic fillings and 2 of us just cleanings. Now remember the talk from above. 4 other private dentist had root canals and all sorts of high dollars stuff needing to be preformed. You always no its a scam when you tell them to pull the root canal tooth and they refuse to do that. I am telling you after 8 appointments between my family this place is on point!!! The Dental Hygienist, George is amazing and makes you feel right at home. Thanks Aspen Dental and George I hope this gets to you buddy, Thank you for making our experience so great.

Went to get a check up and cleaning. found out you cant get your teeth cleaned the same day as a check up. I have always had my teeth cleaned the day of my check up my entire life. can they charge more to drag you back a second day? they wanted to pull my 3 wisdom teeth just because they are hard to brush. There is nothing wrong with them and the gums around them are fine. They did not like it when I said we are not pulling them. I know I have some gum issues I have had gum issues for more then 20 years. I have all my teeth except one wisdom tooth. They wanted to do expensive gum work. I told them I just want my teeth cleaned and they refused to clean my teeth without the gum work. What a waste of a few hours. I have had xrays before but these people went crazy with the number of xrays they took. I will never go back there.
