Dr. McKinlay was outstanding, after multiple horrible experiences with multiple other dentists I was a nervous wreck...tears, shaking, nauseous, the whole 9 yards...when walking into his office. This all changed quickly, Dr. McKinlay and his entire staff were courteous, reassuring and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. This absolutely made all the difference, I had a fully erupted wisdom tooth surgically extracted and didnt feel a thing! Dr. McKinlay talked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable while he worked, he took his time to ensure the that tooth was properly removed. I cant say what a blessing it was to have him spend a little extra time to make it easier on me than to rush through and take the easy way out. I wont go into details but the extraction wasnt as simple as Dr. McKinlay initially thought, instead of taking the simple route and forcibly removing my tooth he took extra time and a few extra steps to make the process better for me, creating more work for himself. From someone who had regular panic attacks just walking into a dental office this visit and my initial visit were such a refreshing change from my past experiences. Dr. McKinlay truly changed my perspective on dentists, highly recommended!!

If you havent been to A1 in a while (has I hadnt) you may not know they have a new Dentist. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Dr. Justin W. McKinlay DDS, he and the entire staff are caring and professional. Another pleasant surprise to see how they all work together, from the lab to the front office to make sure your needs (and fears) are met. Not only will you leave with a bright new smile, youll leave satisfied. Did we get everything right on the first visit, nope, but I needed extensive work done, more than I realized when I arrived. Therefore, we needed to discuss options and timing - it became a true partnership, working together to make sure everything did work out. I trust Dr. McKinlay and the entire team, thats very important when Im putting my health in someones hands. A1 Dental sees and treats their patients as individuals, not a number. Bernice es una agradable adición al equipo. Well worth the drive.

I accompanied my father to A-1 for an unexpected or "rush" procedure, so, he an I are writing this review together. Upon arrival the staff members were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The facility was neatly organized and very clean. A short wait (note: we had no appointment) and the work was underway! My dad is no wimp but when it comes to playing around with his teeth you better be sure you have permission or its going to be a lonnnnggg day. To my surprise, he was good to go in no time with no complaints, not one, zero, zilch, you get the point! Wait, almost forgot, not even a complaint about the cost! Dr. McKinlay and his crew may very well have made history with this visit and dad agrees. Thank you all again!

A1 dental is awesome. I had to have 13 teeth removed, I was so scared to the point of shaking all over and crying. Dr. McKinley made sure I was comfortable, made sure I was numb. He was very gentle. He listened to me and how I felt. That was a huge plus. It didnt take them long at all to take those teeth out. The staff was wonderful, very informative, helped me with everything I needed. I am very pleased with my new dentures!! Thank you Dr. McKinley and staff!!!

On my wife computer so it shows up as here but this is Harvey. As my luck runs my procedure had some problems, but Dr. McKinley answered his phone on Saturday and we made a plan to get it taken care of. In less tham 30 mins today He and his staff got me in and took care of the problem. My total experience with Dr. McKinley and staff was great. They were friendly quick and did a great job. I couldnt ask for more

I had to have 5 teeth pulled out, all 5 were on top and were the only ones I had left on top. The entire staff was nice, helpful and very supportive .. I have always gotten extremely nervous and anxious at the dentist and dr. Justin continued to reassure me and always made sure I could not feel him extracting my teeth. He was very gental.

Dr. McKinley is the only dentist I have ever been to that took time to actually talk to me and explain my different options. He made my dentures in two days and asked me questions about my old set that went into how my new one was made. They fit great! Thank you!!!
