Unprofessional staff,.. I had gotten married & these idiots could not get my files because they were searching under the wrong name (on multiple occasions). they would cancel appointments and didnt notify me. I adjusted my work schedule multiple times for them to screw me over. Their hours of operation suck.I was in pain once and could not get any medication to manage my pain. They billed my insurance for incomplete work and/or work I dont even think they did. I took my children there & they told me I had a copayment.. later on they called & said they made a mistake. I stopped seeing them and go to different dentist who found multiple issues they never even mentioned. Maybe my experience could only be applied to blacks.

I started using UDHS two years ago. Had another cleaning and check-up today. The entire staff from the front desk, hygienist, and the dentist are courteous, helpful, and respectful of my time. Their dentists are also faculty members, so they are on the cutting edge of patient care, recommendations, and procedures. Appointments are usually available within 2-3 months for routine services. Today was my third visit. I had a cleaning and check-up done in 45 minutes. I have not waited more than 5 minutes past my scheduled appt on any visit. Recommend!

I give a rating of 2/3 as the clinical staff are excellent, but the women working reception are often surly. All of my experiences with the dental technicians/assistants/hygienists and dentists have been very enjoyable. They are knowledgeable, prompt, and listen to your concerns. However, the receptionists are unfriendly. Overall, I would recommend coming here.
