The customer service and staff are great, which is why I hate to leave a bad review but my experience was horrible. I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist for a general cleaning and someone suggested Premier. At my cleaning the dentist said I needed 5 fillings replaced. I had the 5 fillings replaced in two sessions and my teeth have not been right since. I have had to take off work 3 or 4 extra times to fix issues that occurred after getting the fillings replaced but even after all the times of going to back, those 5 teeth that were worked on are still not right. They all hurt when I chew and I cannot chew on the left side at all. I want to go to a new dentist but I cant afford to repay all that money to fix problems caused by this dentist. I also dont want to keep taking off work to go to Premier to try to fix these issues when they couldnt be fixed the last 3 times I went back. I eat soft foods and gave up hope on eating anything not soft in my near future. My teeth were not giving me any issues at all before those 5 fillings were replaced and now I can barely eat a normal meal because of the pain it causes my teeth.

Consumer Alert! Poor billing practices, Unfulfilled commitments made by Medical "Professional" Do NOT use their services. Dr. Forrest nice person, however, did NOT schedule sufficient time to preform the work needed based on the estimate. Dr Forrest made a personal commitment the day of treatment when HE COULD NOT COMPLETE THE WORK, that I would need to suffer a 2nd appointment but I would not be charged additional due to the problem. He called to follow up on my treatment 2 days later (nice!), and stated again, that I would NOT be charged for the follow up to complete the work. Well - Now ONE YEAR LATER -- after MANY letters providing the documentation to the Office, I am being billed $ 890 - ADDITIONAL billing for DUPLICATED SERVICES ... No one from their office will respond, they refuse to correct the error. I have made every good-faith effort to work with their office and contact to resolve the problem. This is a significant fee - for their error. CONSUMER ALERT!!! Cannot get their Billing office to do the job! And again, as a consumer, this type of Financial Abuse needs to stop!

Premier Dental Group - Hallandale Beach, FL ! TERRIBLE service ! Bought some VIP promotional package for $199, and was told six months prior to my appointment, on three separate occasions by Joeneen, Reina and their partners at Sage Dental in Boca Raton, FL that any future cleaning/X-Rays, etc would ONLY cost me $50 per visit. They are either scammers, very unprofessional or a combination of both. A few days prior to my appointment, Sage Dental called and told me I needed to by a new package for $159. Never offered anything else...I explained what I had been told at Premier Dental, and they said theyd have someone from that office call me. They never called me on that, but when they called me to change the time of my appointment, I took the opportunity to ask Reina yet again...and again was told the only cost to my upcoming visit, including the X-Rays would be $50. Upon arriving to my appointment Premier Dental tells me I need to buy a package thats $199...No other options. Not the $50 I was told, not the $159 Sage Dental called me about, etc. TERRIBLE !

Beautiful office with nice professionals that work there! My dentist of 33 years retired. I have been to Premier for 2 cleanings. They say I need 5 crowns @ their discounted price of $1500 each. Their sales person keeps calling, insisting that I need the crowns done before things get worse. I went to 2 other dentist during this past year. Both dentist told me I do NOT need 5 crowns and charged $1100-$1200 for the same Porcelain crown. Sorry but Premiere has a corporate vibe and are OVERPRICED. Thats not the worse part! The pressure they apply in their sales division is worse than the pressure of getting a cavity filled! These guys are definitely CROOKS compared to the other dentists that I have met with and you will be a number that they need to sell their Overpriced dental work to.

I cannot say enough good things about this place.these people are so professional, accommodating, detailed, and organized.the work that I had done, which included veneers and crowns along with teeth whitening came out looking nothing short of spectacular.Yanisa is the numbing guru, Anushka is the whitening Wiz, and Dr Diez is sincerely a master at his craft. I appreciated their thoroughness, attention to detail, and lengthy explanation to my million questions. The receptionist is on top of everything which I really appreciate. And even the ladies who took my money at the desk were friendly and quick.I am just so pleased with the service and the work I had done that I cannot say enough. Would definitely recommend.

As a patient with a great deal of anxiety regarding dental procedures. I believe I presented Dr. Forrest and his staff with a challenge. Im over 50, and have had a full upper denture and a lower partail for over 12 years. I had been very unhappy most all of those years. Dr. Forrest was professional, honest, and most of all kind in reviewing all of my options. I have had implants on the uppers and lowers. The particular process I had done has changed my life in everyway I can think of. From the patient cordinator, front desk, and each assistant, and most of all Dr. Forrest, I thank from the bottom of my heart. Especially since I feel the cost was very fair compared to other consultations.

I am having the same exact problem as Kelsey Holloman. The Dentist told me that i needed five fillings and since i have had two of them done my mouth hasnt been the same... My mouth hurts and aches everyday all day and is very sensitive to both hot and cold foods. I am scared to go back and have her to fix the problem or even have the rest of the work done because i have already been back several times to correct the first issue and that has only made it worst. As far as the staff goes, everyone was very nice and courteous but i would recommend that you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. because of the very poor work that was done to my mouth i cant even enjoy eating my food anymore

ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN ALL OF MY YEARS OF GOING TO THE DENTIST! WENT IN FOR A ROUTINE CHECK UP WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO REDO FILLINGS AND THAT I HAD CAVITIES. AFTERWARD LEFT VERY UNHAPPY WITH PAIN AND SENSITIVITY THAT I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE. VERY UNSATISFIED. HAD TO GO BACK AND FORTH TO "FIX" AN ISSUE THAT SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND STILL CONTINUE TO HAVE SENSITIVITY AND PAIN IN MY TEETH TO THIS DAY. I WAS TOLD THAT SENSITIVITY IS NORMAL. I DONT KNOW TO WHO IT MAY BE NORMAL BUT I DID NOT HAVE ANY SENSITIVITY OR PAIN WHEN I INITIALLY CAME IN BUT I SURE DID WHEN I LEFT. WILL NOT BE BACK FOR ANY FUTURE NEEDS.

Really unhappy with cleaning service!!! I never had cleaning done in 15 min, that is too fast and not professional at all! My teeth were bleeding a lot and it was painful. The cleaning doctor did not offer any suggestions how to clean my teeth properly, he did not greet me as a customer, never gave me any cleaning supplies (dental floss, teeth brush), like other dental clinics do. I feel like it was done in a rush in 15 min! Compering to other dental cleaning I can say this one was the worst experience, sorry...
