I recently went to Guilford Family Dentistry for basic dental cleaning. They found a cavity. They submitted a pre-approval for a filling procedure with my insurance. When the pre-approval process was complete, they contacted me to inform me of the prices. They told me that Delta Dental would cover $220.80 and that my portion of the bill would be $223.20. Originally I did not know that this is incorrect as my pre-approval statements get sent to my parents house. While discussing pricing nonchalantly with my co-workers, they made mention that it seemed awfully expensive. I called Delta Dental and was informed that Delta Dental would be paying $220.80, but as I am in a PPO policy, I should only be paying $105.20. Her math determined that the dentist was going to charge me the difference between the PPO cost and the regular cost. I called Guilford Family Dentistry to see what their reasoning was. I spoke with Katie (receptionist), and informed her of the issue. She found my pre-approval form, informed me again that Delta Dental would pay $220.80 and my portion was $223.20. I told her that my portion of the bill was supposed to be $105.20 and they were not legally allowed to charge me the difference. She claimed that this was "hospital policy." I canceled my appointment upset with full intentions of filing a grievance claim and review. I will no longer be returning to this facility as theft and lying under a guise of "hospital policy" is inappropriate.

Really bad costumer service ,, only two people working there the wait is to much ,, the costumer service lady was the same one how como to talk to me about my procedure,, when they was doing my x-rays the same dr come and told the lady why she was doing x-rays on me of course you need a X-ray so they know how my teeth are !! the Dr is so rude when she talk to me about what needs to be done on my teeth,, definitely not a good place to go when you are in so much pain and we know that going to the dentist is not to fun to go ,, but on this place is worse

Rude receptionist, rude dentist, rude rude rude! My 4 year olds first time was a horrible experience. She was terrified which is understandable but instead of being understanding, dr see was rude and started lecturing about how a 4 year old needs to act in a drs office and how a 4 year old has put her in a bad mood this early in the morning. As a dentist, youre suppose to make sure the patient is comforted and at ease, not talk down on a 4 year old. And as we were leaving, she was still complaining about it to the other staff.

This dentist does not deserve not even one star.They told me i needed all my teeth pulled out which i did not let them do. i have been to other dentist and always kept up with my teeth only came here for annual check up being new to greensboro. I eventually went to another dentist and they told me my teeth were fine and did not need to be removed. Please do your research and always get 2nd opinions. God Bless..

The best dental visit! Today was Labor day and the dentist came in at 9 am! She was kind and treated me with respect. I was in the chair for about 3 hours, in which I received 4 fillings. I had come in for two fillings and the dentist took extra care and time on me.

This place is awful!! After they were late opening, they were unable to accommodate the appointments that had been made a month in advance. They are extremely unprofessional and my family will never return!!

The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude. She spoke to me in a rude manner. She also lied about what she left in her reminder message which is why I didnt have what was needed. I will not return
