I recently found this Vet on Google and called to ask if I needed to make an appointment for my injured cat. I first spoke with Dana and she turned me down! She sent me away and said I needed to go to an animal emergency hospital, because they "dont treat injuries there". A vet doesnt treat injuries didnt make any sense, so I just called the Ella location and told them exactly what I told Dana, they said to take my cat in to get her checked out, made a same day appointment and it turned out to be something simple to take care of and got medication from the doctor. I called back and spoke with Erin, and told her what Dana did and that it is very wrong to turn customers down without having the knowledge or evaluating the animal. She sent me away not knowing really whats wrong with my cat. Well, Erin turned to a sarcastic tone and was careless of the situation or to even let me speak to anyone else about this. Thrive Vet Care is amazing! But I will NEVER go to this location, even if its closer to me. I got amazing service and a caring doctor at the Ella location. With people like Erin and Dana at their front desk, this location will soon close out of business because they turn people away...

I noticed their ad on Facebook and decided to schedule an appointment. I tried scheduling an appointment online and I received a response that the time I selected was not available but asked if I could come an hour later. I responded immediately and asked what times they had available later in the day. As of the date and time Im typing this review I have not heard back from them. Additionally I have called their office and left a voice message and no one has called me back as of date either. Already this represents poor customer service. Probably not best place to take my pets as they may be as non-responsive to them as they have been to me trying to schedule an appointment. This location was conveniently located close to my home but I will go where I know that my pets will get cared for and they are responsive.

Ive been to this location for my old dog, Shy. They did amazing work with her, but the costs were kept under wraps, and what was agreeably affordable became a bit costly (for some). When a price is introduced to you, and then no mention of how much additional services will cost, the end result is a bit shocking. So remembering that as I was setting up an appointment for my cat, the receptionist said its $89.99 for her shots and heartworm preventative. But to get one of those shots she has to have a $42 exam. Please explain to me how you can call that a package deal if one of the items has an additional cost to receive it. Thrive Vet, Affordable Pet Care until you get to the end of your visit and you feel scammed. The care at my normal, local vet office far exceeds the service and few dollars saved at thrive.

I made an 11:00 appointment for my puppys 4-four booster, and arrived on time. Another dog came in afterwards, and I was told that the clinic had two sick dogs the day before and couldnt take me until one specific room was available, then they took the other dog in ahead of me. I continued to wait for over 20 minutes. Finally, I was taken to a room, and told to wait while they prepared the vaccinations. After another ten minutes without anyone reappearing - I left the office. Cheap is great, but if you get sub-par service, it isnt worth it. Also the doctor weve seen the other two times (and would have seen today) acts like he doesnt even like animals. I feel like he is a med school dropout who had to settle for veterinary school. Im looking for a new vet.

Very happy with how affordable it is! They are willing to work with you on your budget and provide great care. My puppy had an ingrown dew nail due to a groomer not clipping it, and when I noticed my dog continuously licking it out of discomfort, I immediately called around. Nowhere could I find a place that wasnt trying to rob me blind. :/ I did some more researching and found this place and gave it a shot. Not only is the Office visit only $10 but she took care of my dog for $30 and trimmed the rest of his nails without additional charge!! Now he is on Antibiotics (no charge) and a happy puppy! :D Thank you Thrive!! <3

I had an excellent experience at thrive today! Aaron was the best tech Ive ever had work with my dogs. When you work with her you know she really cares. She gave me really good tips on how to treat my dog, because I thought he had an ear infection but in fact he has food allergies. Dr. Rushing was also wonderful. She was very kind and sweet with the dogs. You can tell she truly loves animals and wanted to do the best that she could for my baby boys. I love going to Thrive for my dogs; I feel that everyone I encounter there truly cares about animals, but today was the absolute best experience Ive ever had!!

Beautifully decorated, very nice staff, very affordable. I will be brining my other two cat in soon. My children and I found a kitten by the beltway. I was worried about the poor little girls( now we know ) health. She had a small cut on her lower lip, and what looked like a burn on her left front paw. I was in and out in no time, they fixed her up, and said she was old enough for her first round of kittens shots. ( About 6 weeks ) and they did really well with her. She is doing well, fattening up and starting to play with toys.

*** First off let me say I have an extremely hyper dog. *** The girl at the front counter was really nice and helped with all of our questions! However, the vet herself, was okay. My dog was being extra but he was manageable. She was acting as though he was bothering her. Idk. I just didnt get a good vibe. The facility is clean and well kept. It just wasnt a good fit for our Bailey baby.

I am a CAP foster and had 2 kittens that needed an exam. I called on a Saturday and was able to get a same day appointment. When I arrived I was taken immediately to a clean room by the sweet assistant, Lydia. Dr. Johnson came in promptly and was personable and attentive. I will take future fosters here and will spread the word about this new establishment. Very pleased! Thank you!

You grabbed my dog horrible and did not care about her,you guys were really rude,disrespectfull,and Icant believe I wasted my time there , you guys have horrible service,you did not explain anything you guys were going to do to her, you injected my dog twice without telling us what it was then rudly kicked us out ,anything could happend to my dog at the moment,

Staff is wonderful and it is a very clean facility. I could not have asked for a better experience. Kimberely Chambers and her assistant were professional, friendly, attentive and know what they are doing when it comes to cats - not to mention it is immensely affordable compared to other Vet clinics in the area. I think I found my new Vet!
