Great veterinarian but he will just do things without warning that you have to pay a lot of money for. Also twice now Ive called before and confirmed at the counter how much something will be and then when I check out itll be twice or three times as much. When I question it, then the woman at the desk will "apply a discount" and it will magically become the previous price. This last time my brother told them that he didnt want the prescription if it wasnt needed, she told us it wasnt, my uncle went to pick up my dog and they charged him for the prescription anyways. Last month I took my cat just for a check up and ended up being billed almost $200, luckily I had the money. Ultimately my issue is the whole money thing. I never do this but honestly its not cool. I dont know what the deal is, most pet parents will do anything for their fuzzy baby and they know that. Every visit has left me caught off guard money wise.

Love this vet! He is super caring and great with the pets. He really understands that these animals are our family and treats each visit as if it were the most important thing of the day, whether it be an infected nail or a major surgery. Best vet we could have hoped to find. Whatever my dog gets into i know were in good hands when i walk through that door. Very fair prices! Also, there is a lovely cat named kitter that comes and goes at the vet...kitter acts as the greeter for all humans and pets coming through the door. She loves to be petted and sometimes accompanies staff as they walk the dogs outside for potty breaks. Just the icing on the cake, kitter is!

Horrible customer service - waited 45 minutes only to be told to come back and pick up pet in a few hours, came back and waited another 45 and was told by receptionist that she wasnt sure if vet had rechecked pet and to come back in 2 hours, came back and received no info on how to help pet, only that they did any ultrasound and gave a vitamin injection. This vet did not treat our pet appropriately and pet died a few hours after coming home from here.

Very reasonable rates. Extremely caring Dr. B. was extremely caring and thoughtful even though my baby had to be put down. He took great care to make sure I had plenty of time to say goodbye and was very kind. I highly recommend this clinic...
