We have had our pets stay in the new pet hotel! I felt very confident leaving them here for several reasons. 1) the facility is very clean and welcoming and bright. 2) the staff is welcoming and really care about the uniqueness of my pets and accommodated some of their quirks! 3) there is access to a vet for the boarding staff to ask any questions if there was any issue with my pets, which made me comfortable 4) they came home and did not have some of the issues that they have had before from boarding, no upset tummies, which was great and made me know they were cared for! I would highly recommend going and seeing this facility for your boarding needs.

Today I had to put my best friend to sleep. Jake had been with me for 8 years and I knew this day was coming and it would be one of the most difficult in my life. The care we received at Peace of Mind will forever be an uplifting part of the day. The Drs and staff could not have been better or more accommodating to me and Jake. They made all the difference in the world. If you want a vet who cares about you and your pet then you should go here. There is no better care anywhere in the area. My experience with the staff at Peace of Mind in Burnsville has been wonderful! They’re very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. It’s obvious everyone here will go above and beyond for animals. Since it’s a boutique pet hotel and not a traditional kennel, the staff has the capacity to make sure every pet is taken care of extremely well. Peace of Mind guests are happy, comfortable and made to feel like the pet hotel is their home away from home. I would highly recommend.
