Dr Ann Heymann is a very kind loving Vet. My dog Leo started going there near the end as we moved north to Richardson. I only wish I had found them sooner. Leo passed away recently and Dr. Heymann gave a donation in his name to the College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences at Texas A&M. We didnt go there long but never had to wait when we did and Leo was comfortable and I felt confident they were giving him the care he needed witout going overboard and suggesting procedures/medicine that wouldnt be necessary for a dog his age. Im glad we found Richardson Veterinary Clinic and I will be returning when we get another dog in the future.

Not only is the clinic convenient, the staff and veterinarians compassionate and caring, but the clinic consistently provides superb service. I started taking Nikki, my dog for 21 years, to Richardson Veterinary Clinic soon after I got her and now I take CeCe my six year old rescue Australian cattle dog for the same personal care that my pets have always received.

Excellent care and service! Unfortunately, the first time we came here was to put our 14 year old dog down. They were true professionals and helped us cope with our loss. We will be bringing our 2 year old back here as her regular vet. Thank you for your professionalism and kindess!

Disorganized. I like my cats Dr., but not the one that saw my dog. Use this as a backup location. Wanted to switch over to them as my primary, but they are always disorganized when Ive gone in there.

They have always taken excellent care of our dog both on visits and when we have boarded her. They also arent in a hurry to push procedures when simple lifestyle changes can fix issues.
