I had been going to McGuiness Dermatologys Plano location for several years but switched to their Murphy location when I moved. Today I went to their newly opened Richardson location which is 3 minutes from my office. I am so grateful for this new location! My experience with all three of the above locations has been consistent: very clean, great appointment reminders, and considerate office staff. The Medical Assistants and Nurse Practitioners in all three locations are thorough to a fault. I have dealt with various forms of skin cancer for a long time and am blessed to have found Dr. McGuiness and his practice.

Until now, I had never been to a Dermatologist, and I am pleased to say that this was an excellent first impression! My appointment was made with very little fuss, and I met with a doctor who was willing to hear me out, and make excellent recommendations that helped me out that day! It is always a godsend to have a problem that has been irritating you given a name and a solution almost right away, seriously within 15 minutes, and I only wish I reached out sooner! I highly recommend McGuiness Dermatology to anyone who would ask, and Amy Jones in particular!

I avoided going to a dermatologist because the ones Ive visited always try to sell more service or dont listen to me or talk through everything..Amy Jones and her front office staff were patient and so kind. They really created the setting that caring and helping was a priority and their optimism will leave me with one of the best first impressiond ever. Dr. Hodges was very friendly and professional, this was my first visit to this office I recently moved to Texas from Northern Kentucky and had to follow up on a procedure that was performed before I moved. Dr. Hodges gave me some samples of cream to apply for my condition because my insurance wont be reinstated for another week. I am very appreciative of her, she made every effort to give me enough samples to last til I follow up with her in 3 weeks.

I enjoyed my experience from the very beginning. Scheduling was very easy, I was able to fill out my new patient forms the night before. The Richardson office is very nice and has a relaxing vibe. The staff was very friendly, easy to talk to, and were very reassuring that they would help get my skin back to normal. They were also helpful with finding medications in my price range! I am so thankful I went to McGuiness Dermatology!

I had a great experience at McGuiness Dermatology at the Richardson Texas location. Dr. McGuiness is thorough and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed at all. His staff was very friendly and responsive. The facility is new and easy to get to near the corner of Collins and Campbell. I will be returning in a year for follow up and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dermatologist.

Best Dermatologist Group hands down! Having had Melanoma when I was teenager, I have found that it is really hard to find a great doctor that you can trust. Not to mention an office that goes out of their way to get you scheduled as soon as possible. All of the Physicians and the PAs, have by far the best bedside manner I have found!

Amy Jones always gives me exactly what I need when doing my Botox!!! And nearly INSTANT GRATIFICATION!!! Its such a quick and easy, inexpensive way to soften crows feet and help "open" the eyes~Ive promised myself to keep it up! No need for a Forehead Lift surgery for sure! Thank you Amy~you ROCK!

It was my first time going to McGuiness Dermatology. Everyone was really nice. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and I didnt have to wait very long. There was a lot of "first time patient" paperwork to fill out, but other than that I would recommend this office to others.
