Horrible doctors and nurses who dont care about their patients. I had high fever and flu like symptoms when I walked in. There was 1 patient waiting ahead of me who had an appointment and there were several doctors and nurses on staff. I had to wait for an hour and I asked them several times if someone could see me but they were very rude and kept saying that they are busy and I will have to keep waiting. I saw the clinic staff and doctors hanging out in the lobby and making jokes and listening to music. They had plenty of free time on their hands and when I asked him again they just yelled out again that I will have to wait or I had the choice to leave. I couldnt wait any longer as I had gotten extremely sick and was almost about to throw up so I just left without anyone seeing me. Please go here at your own peril.

It is really not URGENT CARE. I was was denied service due to an unknown $75 dollar balance from a previous emergency! The business billed and coded the service incorrectly. Also an extra $25 mysteriously appeared to make the bill$95. I basically paid the$75, got a receipt stating zero balance and my insurance company will reimburse me. So beware! I was told my insurance was accepted by this company, they billed incorrectly and service was DENIED. Its a money making business! It could be hit or miss when you go there. You would be better off going to the emergency room, at least you know you will be serviced......

My experience with doctors medicenter has been excellent. Dr. Kalika has provided me with superior care and has been my only primary care doctor for 6+ years.She is able to diagnose and treat problems in many areas and has taken care of GI,ortho,infectious disease problems for me directly and I trust her without question. I also have had good experience with the office.Next day appointments are the norm and my calls are always returned. I wish all my medical care was as good as I get from this medical practice.

My primary doc was off so I went here on a sick visit. My illness progressed to acute bronchitis. The first thing the doc in the ER said after reviewing my chart was that the prescription dosage was way under and this was why things progressed as they did. Upon return My primary doctor agreed. I needlessly missed days from work Had the wrong meds in my system Ended up in the ER NO- I will never go back to this place! Worst experience at a medical facility on US soil.

The staff and doctors are very professional and patient. The place provides such a variety of services that few other placed do and hours of operation are excellent/convenient. They accept walk-ins as well as appointments which works well for a young busy person. There is frequently some weighting involved, however. But when my time came, I received all the attention that I needed. Would not go any place else for my care!

I recently deleted my 2-star review about waiting time because the owner/manager responded to the review with a full of excuses and making up stories that never happened. I usually dont write a negative review; only a few out of over 100 reviews. And actually, I found a doctor I saw at the center was knowledgeable, and some staffs were friendly and polite but I dont recommend this business because of the owner/manager.

I LOVE Doctors Medi Center. I live in town and actually use them as my primary care doctor because I can always get an appointment or walk in after work. The doctor I see is thorough and always calls to follow up and see how things are going. My girlfriend and her whole family go to the Medi Center too and absolutely swear by it! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I have the opportunity to visit many different medical facilities, and I am happy to state this is one of my favorites. The waiting area and the exam rooms are always spotless, and the staff from the owners, to doctors, to front desk are nothing but friendly. They take their time with each patient unlike a lot of the larger groups. Highly recommended!

The worst medical office I have ever seen. Med sister was so rude we couldnt even do EKG for my mom. I dont recommend this medical office to anybody. They charge me the highest amount $125. And they only checked blood pressure and blood glucose and nothing else which I could do by myself at home. They couldnt even said what is wrong with my mom.

Absolutely fantastic office. Doctor and staff are very knowledgable and professional. Doctor has a presence that automatically makes you feel a bit better. Very understanding and does her best to help as much as she can. Office staff also does above and beyond to help as quickly and efficiently as they can, in person and over the phone.

Five stars made my appointment online was seen on the same day came in was a new patient filled out the paperwork they called me right away I saw the doctor right away the doctor was very nice professional and the best part is that the doctor diagnosed me correctly I will definitely be going back there if I need to see a doctor

I went here for a CDL physical(which only cost me $60) discussed a problem I was having with my knee to the dr, wound up getting x-rays and physical therapy right in the back of the medical center....therapist is great too. no complaints on either end, I will definitely go back for any medical or therapy problems.

The best doctors office in town. Loved the service!!! Cant find such caring Doctors anywhere else. The staff and doctors were so nice and the waiting time is very little. Such courteous, considerable, and well-mannered staff. I have been taking my daughters there for so long now and have never had any complains.

The office is nice and cozy, the stuff is kind and provide exceptional service. I finally found a doctor who cares and listens. Dr. Kalika was fantastic, she was very attentive to my medical issues, explained everything needed, and followed up on me. I felt like I have my own personal physician. Bravo!

I needed to see a doctor for my back pain Wednesday . I made an appointment the same day and referred to do all the tests needed ( X-rays, blood, test). Friday was diagnosed and sent for PT which Ill start Monday. Staff very attentive, and doctor Sanna listens and answers all your questions

they used to be great now theyre RUDE, especially the old fat receptionist named carol. They also dont take walk-ins anymore. They had me wait 40 minutes to see the doctor until I got up to ask, got an attitude in response, and then I walked out-- never going there again.

The staff is wonderful and the doctors are great. Never had a problem. I read a few reviews saying they dont accept walk-ins but they do. I live in town and never had an appointment. They are my go to place when I cannot get an appointment with my primary care physician.
