I took my teenager son this morning to this facility for an emergency. After awaiting for one hour and not been assessed or triaged. I decided to walk out and go to Morristown ED. They have triaged my soon immediately and he has been under care now . At Summit medical, the secretary at the register desk told me that because my son was walking, it was an indication that he did not have anything serious! Are you Kidding me ? People walk into ER and seems fine and may collapse or have something really serious. Patients have different reactions to how the express pain . I did not like the care at Summit medical Group! I would never go back there or recommend it to anyone!

Came in with exacerbated asthma had a neb tx within 4 minutes everyone wonderful gave me some iv solumedrol and 3 nebs DEFINITELY prevented me from a 10 day hospitalization will return never ER again! !

Best emergency room experience Ive ever had. There was no one there and I was seen very quickly. They had all my info on file so I didnt have to fill out a thousand forms. Very quick and efficient.

Welcoming staff, great facility, separate areas for patients with varying health issues. A really important thing for an area with many kids. I was in and out on a Saturday afternoon very quickly.

Not happy with my experience. I fell on my hand and had an x-ray there. They said it was a sprain. They waited 3 days to notify me that it was broken. Now I need surgery.
