THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! The staff are unfriendly, rude, and not willing to help. While waiting for service they didnt even call me by my last name but instead yelled out the spelling. To not even call someone by their name is incredibly disrespectful. I had to get a test done so that I could start working for a company. The test came back fine but the doctor only signed and did not print her name on the documentation that needed to be returned to my company. I noticed they did this but US Healthworks assured me my company would be okay with it. Well they were not. And I suppose that is my fault. However, when I tried to contact US Healthworks to complete the documentation with the printed name they were extremely unhelpful. I called everyday for four days and was forwarded to the voicemail of client services. I left a voicemail everyday for four days. No one bothered to call me back. Meanwhile I was unable to start my job and was losing money everyday I did not work. Finally after nearly a week of trying to get someone to help me I got in contact with the head of Client Services. I explained my problem to her and she actually argued with me over the phone about whether or not the documentation for my company was complete! Finally I got the woman to comply and have the completed documentation (all I needed was a printed name) faxed to my company. This whole experience was outrageous to me. All this trouble just to get a printed name on my test results. Just imagine if it was something more important?

Im very upset I had put a good post but after what I went thru today very very poor customer service came in signed in and waited while front desk had other patients they was talking think the front desk would look at your name no not at all I waited 2 hours for no damn reason really disappointed all becouae the front desk never reviewed the sign in sheet then whats it for his place should shut down after all the comments everyone has posted only reason they open is because of the workmens comp insurance companys 4 people came in after me and went in before me horrible place to ever be for a check up or to set up an appointment I will no longer or ever recommend any one to this place and to the owner u need to come to this place and straighten stuff out especially with that front desk this place is falling apart no one has a welcome face all rude and no hi how u feeling nothing like they all hate working here unbelievable then they have plenty of rooms and only use 2 or 3 for what are the other rooms

I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemy. Or maybe only my enemy. I came in with a serious dog bite and fracture on my arm. I was in pain and bleeding. Check-in receptionist was quite unpleasant and told me that my insurance wont cover it and I need to go through workers comp, because it occurred during the work day. No one wanted to help and just instructed that I verify with my insurance company. Ended up calling the insurance company and waited on hold to speak to a rep, who was quite surprised at the response I received, since it was not related to my job. After all of that, I went back in and told them it will be covered at which time I was told that they can only see me on Monday (this was on Friday before 4PM). Keep in mind, Im still bleeding and in pain this whole time. They dont care about you. They just see you as an ATM. DONT GO HERE, OR THEYLL LEAVE YOU TO DIE! Im actually glad I did not get treatment there, but hopefully this review will help someone. This was the worst experience!

This is the worst medical care i have ever received. So unprofessional, regardless as to weather you have an appointment or not you are easily waiting at minumum an 1 and half hour, litterally wish i never came here. I shouldve read all the horrible reviews here on google before coming. Id rather be serviced by a nazi or my two year old. Ridiculous!!! I would never recomend this place frankly i am surprised my job works with such an unprofessional medical establishment. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Terrible experience. I called just to see if I could come in or get an appointment. You would think this would be easy but the girl who answered the phone was dumber than a slug! "Can I come in as a walk-in?" "I dont know, you need an appointment." "Can I make an appointment?" "No, you have to come in." This conversation went around three full circles. DONT WAIST YOU TIME.

I would like to say that I like this walk in clinic ! The personnel is very friendly and helpful.I was there with my son for medical exam for both of us. The nurse who was taking blood for test did that very professionally and the doctor Donna Disiki was really nice and friendly to me and my son .Thank you for great service !!!

I wish I could change the stars with rotten tomatoes for this clinic. Theyve the worst staff Ive ever seen in any shop. They are in health care and they dont seem to care about it. Pathetic, rude, and the most insolent people have all gathered in that one place.

Terrible experience, staff is extremely sassy from the doctor to front desk. Attitude over the phone as well. Poorly scheduled only one doctor on at a time which equals long wait time(if you have a real emergency go elsewhere)would never go here again
