My dog got an eye infection a couple weeks ago while we were away from home and we came to this Banfield using our wellness plan to get it checked out. He was also having pain from the increased exercise and we didnt have his medication with us. I called a couple minutes before they opened, and they answered the phone and said to come right over and they could fit us in. There was practically no wait. The doctor was very good and gave suggestions for preventative care for the pain in the future, thoroughly checked his eyes, gave us medications and sent us on our way all in under an hour. The vet tech was also wonderful. In fact, she gave me a flyer showing how we can save money on my dogs pain medicine in the future that we are now taking advantage of. I would highly recommend this Banfield location!

Worse place iv ever been...Amy the front desk rep was VERY rude and unprofessional. I bought a 4week old dog whom i am concerned about and she refused to answer any questions and told me to talk it would be $40. When I told her i just had questions on how to care for the baby dog (who was not even supposed to be away from its mother) she tried to kick me out of the store 3 times. I was by no means rude, loud, or disrespectful. These people have no concern for the well being of the dogs (seeing thats who should be coming first) NEVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE you will be greated with a rude face and someone looking for money, while your dog could be very sick or even worse DYING..

These people are nice!! They talked me threw everything after my dog was fixed today. They really do try here and it seems like they care about the animal a lot.They told me if I got nervous just bring him up and let them take a look to make sure he was OK just so I would feel better. Its nice to see that is still around.

Very helpful, fixed up my dog. The are nice folks and thought the pricing was fair. The new flea medication is amazing. He looks better then aver now.. Highly recommended.

Great if in their "puppy plan." We had both of our dogs there for several years. Only recently switched to a local animal hospital since we rarely need vet services anymore.
