This dentist office will not render service your free cleanings that are included in your insurance plan unless you agree to have other expensive out of pocket procedures included in your visit. I went in for a simple teeth cleaning and ended up with a quote of over $4000 for "other" services that they say so be needed to keep my mouth healthy (2 cavities and a cracked tooth). I got one didnt have $4000+ to just hand over to them so guess what... No cleaning for me. Even tho its free in my insurance policy. Bad business makes bad dentist no matter how good the work they may do. Theyre only in it for the money. I was warned about this office, but I used to go here when I was a kid. Now I see their integrity has completely declined.

I called @ 8am to make appointment! I stressed the fact that I believed my tooth was infected and I needed antibiotics! I told her I had no insurance and would Pay the $110 for the appointment! She set me an appointment for 2 pm! At 2 pm, after taking off work... I show up, only to have the receptionist ask me if i had insurance.. Again i tell her No and she laughs, and says well its Pricey without insurance...I assure her i can pay for the appointment, she then proceeds to tell me that they have no availability today!! They could have called me to say that! Just rude and disrespectful and a waste of my time.

For as long as I can remember, Superior Dental has been my familys dentist of choice. Individuals like Donna work with you to schedule your appointments, and when you walk in she ALWAYS greets you with a smile. Tone absolutely is amazing! She works to make you feel the most comfortable no matter what youre coming in for. Everyone, including Dr. Douglas himself, knows my family on a first name basis, and it really shows how the office goes above and beyond in their execution of customer service.

I had an amazing experience at Superior Dental. The staff is friendly and very proficient. Rose was my office assistant and took the time to ease my apprehension of "going to the dentist". Dr. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain to me all of my dental issues. Donna, the financial coordinator was very thorough making sure I understood the process, upcoming appointments and my financial obligations. Thank you for easing my fears Superior Dental!!!

My most recent visit with Superior Dental was very pleasant as well as impressive .The entire staff was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Douglas and his amazing staff to anyone for their complete dental needs .Donna, Kelly, Usha Tone, Kim , Delia and Miss Sandy did a wonderful job at servicing patients even though it was a busy time. I cannot say enough about this group of folk who perform excellent work and are compassionate and caring as well!

If you are looking for a great dentist I recommend Dr. Douglas at Superior Dental. Dr. Douglas and staff just give you service and you pay and they push you out the door. They all communicate with their patients and make them feel welcomed. Dr.Douglas show and give his patients the up most respect. He make sure that you and him come to agreement with decision concerning your dental work. Dr. Douglas and staff is friendly but always professional.
