Avoid this lady at all costs. She is very unprofessional and rude. After telling her that I drink 1-2 glasses of wine some weeknights she told me "so youre an alcoholic". After examining me she told me to get dressed and stepped out of the room but "forgot" to tell me that she was ending the visit. I assumed there would be a time for questions but she took the next person and was surprised that I was still waiting in the exam room. I tried to express my concerns and she shrugged it off. I was told to return for labs but this was simply to charge for another office visit in which she did absolutely nothing. She refused to see me until I paid for the office visit and didnt bother explaining results or treatment. Best of all she has no liability insurance so you must sign a waiver agreeing to continue with her services. Had I not needed to be seen immediately, I would have avoided this place like the plague. Lesson learned.

Shinainaru

Scared the daylights out of me when I receive a phone call from Dr. Kings office informing me that my lab results came back and I that I need to come back to their office ASAP. If a doctor tells you that you need to come back and wont tell you anything over the phone, youd immediately assume the worse, right? I arrive at Dr. Kings office a day after the phone call and Im made to pay an additional $50 Co-Pay for Dr. King to tell me "Oh, everything is okay, youre fine". Unbelievable. A waste of my money and time from work. In the past, I had other more professional Doctors tell me that results came back normal and nothing else is needed with just a simple PHONE CALL. NEVER coming back here again.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL!!! Dr. King was sloppy during my PAP, she did NOT have an assistant with her while doing it. Did not even tell me what she was doing while she was doing it as other OB/GYNs do. Was unethical getting into my personal life. Then when I asked about the Mirena (since I had done research online), she said it only qualified for monogomous marriages?!! What kind of assumptions are these? This is the FIRST and LAST time I go to this doctor. She was too quick and did not even answer my questions thoroughly. I filed a complaint with the appropriate entities. Please do NOT waste your time!!!

The customer service of the front desk was so bad that I didnt even go to her. I am a college student and I dont have access to a printer. I asked if they would take a picture of my insurance card so they could get the info off of it. I have done this many times in the past. However they wanted the physical card. I asked if they would print it if I emailed it they said no with an attitude and no reason given. They were rude and not accommodating at all.

Overly religious music playing throughout the waiting area, insistence of a pregnancy test and follow-up visit before she would provide birth control to a single woman, and overhearing another patient while I was in the waiting room arguing with the receptionist about her birth control prescription not being renewed properly. Ridiculous and unprofessional. If you arent here to help women then get out of the medical field.

Had to cancel the appointment even before seeing the doctor, the front desk lady was rude and bothered that I was asking questions, will never step foot in the office, if I was treated like that over the phone who know how I will be treated at the office, so sad

Overall not a great experience, appointment was at 9:15 wasnt seen until 10:07 Told her my concerns and she basically ignored them, I feel cheated because she gave me absolutely no medical advise regardless of my many concerns. SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE!

She is a very caring and considerate doctor. She helped me with some private questions and issues. She has a LOT of experience and knows her stuff!
