I wish I could give them no stars. I normally see Kandy and I always make the first apt - I go once a year for my womens annual check-up. I have seen her 2 or 3 times. Not once has she been on time - how can a PA be late to the first apt, I can understand the Doc if he gets called for an emergency but the PA (she is the Docs wife)? I have been left sitting in the exam room where I could hear her talking to her staff about personal things instead of coming to see me - no apologies once in the room for making me wait either. Today was the last straw, I had to cancel my April 20th apt for work reasons and I called well in advanced, I booked the next first apt I could get which was May 4th at 8:15 with the Doc himself. I showed up to the clinic at 7:52 and you can see the sign on the door saying hours are 8:30-5:30 (how can they book 8:15 apt then?) At close to 8 the front door is unlocked and I walk in with id and insurance card ready - give my name, hand over my cards, and get the paperwork I need to fill in. I can hear voices in the back joking and laughing so I know techs are there and I thought I heard the Docs voice too. At 8:31 I approach the front desk and ask about my apt as I have to be to work by 9… the lady goes to check and when she comes back she said the Doc was here but he left to do rounds and they cannot guarantee I can get out on time. How can you make an apt for 8:15 and the Doc just leaves to do rounds – either see the patient waiting or don’t book the apt for that early. I will NEVER go back to this office.

You are absolutely right about the inadequate and unskilled help at the front desk. Yes, HELP. Thats is all they are to me!! Great Doc but ladies at the front desk are underskilled for his expertise. This office is not concerned with patients well being just "what insurance do u have"!! I have a serious condition, to my standards anyway, and they just act like ehhh oh well!! Has taken me about 6 months now to be seen after needing and important procedure and everytime until recently, It has been an issue of insuarance or "your insurance doesnt cover that" The blonde with short hair, carelessly forgot to give me my insurance card and DL back at last weeks apptoinment, causing great stress on my part for two reasons, prescribed pain and anxiety meds (try getting those from pharmacy without adequate i.d)!! And moved that weekend which left me without a license. This office has been pissing me off since last year and have only been in once. Continually blowing me off and the inadequacy at the front desk. Great doc, awful front desk "workers" Matter of fact they piss me off one more time Im raising the roof on that office. Im the type that idc how stupid I look, U will hear what I have to say!! I would NOT recommend this office to anyone in need of serious care outside the normal exams or birthcontrol just because of the impression I have got before I even met the Doc. I seen the husband doctor!! He is cool. Front desk sux

The skinny blonde receptionist is so disrespectful and rude every time i have ever gone in. The last time i was ever there i had an appointment, signed in and then sat down and waited for probably about 30 minutes. When i finally get up and ask what the deal was she tells me "Oh we scheduled you at the same time as someone else" Then after waiting that whole time decides to tell me they no longer accept my insurance and that i have to leave. Eventually i had to go back to sign a paper to get my information transferred to a different doctor they tell me "Theyll get around to it" when all they do is sit on their butts doing nothing. After throwing a fit in their office only then did she fax over my information right then and there. Now over a year later im getting a bill in the mail for $195 dollars???? I try to call their office and get their answering service the women puts me on hold THREE TIMES within the first couple seconds of me calling and then gets an attitude with me when i try to confirm that this really WAS the daytona beach womens center. Do not go here. They are a joke! Rude and disrespectful women who will make your experience miserable.

My daughter was scheduled to start a 3 round course of HPV vaccines here in Dec. Took time off from work to go to first visit, to be told they were out. No apologies or anything. Had to reschedule. For the 2nd round, was scheduled for today. Got there to be told she wasnt on the schedule. I showed receptionist the appt card. Her response..."oooohhhh...Oh, yes, we deleted all the appointments for FL Healthy Kids because we do not accept that insurance anymore...so we cant see your daughter anymore." Again...no phone call, no apology...just a rude receptionist who treated me like I was the crazy one showing up for an appointment that didnt exist. She said, "Well we have over 200 patients on that insurance and theres no way we could have contacted all of them." This is bad business plain and simple. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a doctors office in my life. Left to scramble now to find somewhere else to go and take more time off so daughter can finish vaccine.

Doctor Vagovik is the best doctor i have ever seen in my life. I lived all over Europe some states in United States and I have never seen such a compassionate and caring Dr. After reviewing my results he told me what is the best solution. After he performing surgery on me twice I have my life back. he saved my life in 2009. Thanks to him im still a life! !!. I wish every doctor was like HIM. his staff is so pleasant so professional so caring. Always looking forward for his appointments. After sending my friends to him they call me the next day after seeing him and thanked me saying that wow what a professional and good doctor he is. Thank you Dr Vagovik and team.

Very very unhappy wanted to switch to his office and was told i needed to have my files faxed over so i did and my office dropped me because they saw i was trying to switch then im told by vagavics office that they will call me back after they review my file a week later still didnt hear anything so i called and they tell me they are not excepting me as a patent. I am very upset they couldnt atleast call like they said they would and tell me and i dont understand why he didnt take me as a patent.

Dr. V has delivered 3 of my babies and am seeing him again for our fourth! I first went to him because my mother in law referred us and it didnt take but one visit to know I would choose him for our OB. He is so joyful and full of life! He is personable and of course an amazing and knowledgable baby doctor. His staff is awesome as well! I was just in today with all 3 of my loud kids and the staff welcomed them with kindness
